Novotel Suites Paris Stade de France

+bed was very comfortable +2nd day after we arrived the room was cleaned very well, and it looked like when we checked in +due to location it is easy to get around Paris using public transport +coffee machine in the room, coffee replaced everyday along with the single use cups +free bottled water for the coffee machine

-cleaning can be better during stay: the 3rd day our room was not hoovered and the bath was not cleaned. my son ate a pain au chocolate in bed before heading out, we rushed and not made up the bed; when we came the bed was made but there were crumbs in bed… - it would be nice to change the sheets after 2 nights

Room was clean and well equipped. Staff were very friendly.

I requested a ground floor room at the time of the booking as we were travelling with our special needs child and also we have stayed in the past in a ground floor room but for our disappointment we were given a 3rd floor room without letting us know. When I ask the staff I was told, yes he can see my request but there's some work going on in the ground floor but following day a different staff member told us there's no work carried out in ground floor.

The room was big and clean including a small fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable. Although I got a room on the ground floor, it was not laud like I thought and could sleep good. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but acceptable.

The staff was extremely slow. Probably they were new because they took a lot of time just to give us the keys and charge us. Other thing I didn´t find good was the price-quality-location relation. It was in my opinion very expensive room but Paris is for sure an expensive city

As expected Novotel is always like best. It is one of the best rooms I have been in Novotel. Large TV screen was cool. Just 10mins by central gate du Nord station then 15mins walk.

It is likely little over prized, may be to its location just opposite to the stadium. Breakfast could be priced down.

Great blackout blinds and a screen to separate the double bed and sofa bed. Tea and coffee making facilities. Separate toilet and shower but both with sinks mean 2 of the 3 of us can brush our teeth at the same time!

When we booked parking, the staff didn't tell us street parking would be free of charge. After we checked in but not yet parked our car there, I complained about the parking charges and they kindly refunded it, which is nice. The sofa bed is a bit small (only suitable for 1 person) but still ok for my 11-year-old boy.

The room is a good size, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when my daughter left her retainer in the room and they were very helpful in facilitating its return.

we had breakfast one morning and it was over subscribed. There was a delay in replenishing the food and there was a lack of plates and cutlery. People were eating cereal out of mugs!

Room was a brilliant size. The beds were comfy. We had a view of the gardens.

The breakfast was awful. Seemed to be just fruit, pain au chocolate, bread and meats. No sausages, baked beans etc One of the shower heads in the bathroom over the bath wasn't working and was leaking out everywhere. The shower fills up with water fast. Had to keep stopping for it to go down.

The location was perfect for attending a concert within walking distance! Only 30 second walk lol

It’s a 3 star hotel so take that for what it’s worth.. but honestly a 4-5 star hotel farther away would not have been worth it for the event we were attending at the stadium… highly recommend if looking for something clean and comfy… not for a long term luxurious stay

Same items every day, very simple , not suitable for Asian visitors,even no toaster to toast the bread,not worth for the cost charged.Need to improve.

Include one or two items different, consider Asian guests.

The staffs were super courteous and helped in all occasions. Specially when I needed a print out and 2ndly when I requested for extra 2 hours to check out. On both occasion the reception person helped me.

I felt the carpets between the lift and access to the room were stinky. It's might be weather conditions causing this but management should look into for the solution.
