Appart'City Confort Le Bourget - Aeroport

I like the aparthotel concept, so I liked it. I like the room design and cozyness, espresso machine, restaurant and caffe in the lobby. Hotel also had a nice backyard with a terrace. Nice and polite staff - I liked my stay. Bus station is in front of the main enntrance so although hotel is not close to Paris center it is easy to get there by bus and then by train or metro.

My room was designed with taste and looked contemporary but it will need little refreshment in the future (several paint chips on the corners of the walls, furniture needs door adjustment and some similar things). It is not big deal but for this reason I gave it 9/10.

Great location, with secure parking. There was a little shop nearby, the wifi was really good. The in-room facilities were really good - hob, microwave, coffee machine, TV, kettle, cups, plates, pans. The en-suite was spacious, the room sizes were great. Really handy for visiting the museum across the road. Good security with card door entry system.

There were a lot of areas that needed a fresh coat of paint - filled patches on walls. There were some stains on the sofa, burn marks on the rug and on the floor under the rug. Some of the sliding doors would not close fully, or closed with a bang.

The rooms were very well equipped and even had a small kitchen with basic items for cooking. The location was very good as it was super close to the event we were traveling to and there are some restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. The staff was very friendly and helped to sort out a couple of issues (e.g. the room we got had double beds instead of single and the staff quickly gave us new rooms with single beds). The Wifi was sufficient to stream movies and to casual browse internet.

We have rented two rooms and one did not have working AC

I liked the location as there was a lot of food places nearby, and the cleanliness of the place was excellent . The staff was very friendly and always there to help at anytime!

I did not like the beds as they were a little stiff, did struggle to sleep throughout the night. If the beds were more comfy this hotel would be 10/10

Big room, had stove and fridge and everything to cook, big nice bathroom, big bed, good price, easy parking next door, lovely staff and easy checkout early in the morning.

Just the area that its in isn't very nice or that well connected to public transport, but for how cheap it was and not needing to be in the city, it was perfect for us.

Easy to collect the keys and code for the car parking.

When you arrive at the hotel by car it is nearly impossible to park anywhere. You need to be a hotel guest before you can enter the fenched car parking area. And they changed the access code the second day without informing us. Again impossible to temporary park anywhere to collect the code. The toilet water kept running. Depsite different types of attempts to make it stop. (We had to change the room) In the second room the light above the mirror did not work. Inconvient for actions in front of the mirror.

Excellent location. On 350 bus route from CDG and opposite museum we were visiting. Mini-market, boulangerie and restaurants close by. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable, with great shower.

Nowhere to eat in twin room except sitting on bed - could do with table+two chairs.

In general, I liked the facility. The staff were nice and cooperative. As our bags were left behind on the flight, the hotel staff assisted us in communicating with the airline to find the whereabouts of our bags.

The toilet basin was leaking water at the bottom part.

Sound proof - did not hear any planes! Which is the most important for a good night sleep. Very close to the airport, perfect location. Had air conditioner, overall a good stay. Parking on code on the property premises

Room was a bit small. Kitchen was hidden behind the carboard - not very comfortable

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Although we did not use much of the facilities, the room seemed well-equipped for a long-term or family stay.

You have to check out early (11 am) and can only check in quite late (4pm). Although they advertise an early check-inn service, and I even called in advance to try to arrange this, they could not accommodate. We had also booked the room for three people, but they did not prepare the sofa bed.
