Frankly, there is no need to pay a fortune for a tiny room in central Paris when you have many other affordable options including this very convenient apart hotel in Pantin, just 15-minute metro ride from Gare du Nord/Gare de l'Est. A well-sized room and fully equipped kitchenette, with fridge, stove top, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and kitchenware welcome guests for a pleasant stay. All clean and in perfect working order. The double bed is comfy, the foldable table is very useful, and both wifi and cable TV work just fine. The hotel offers a laundry room for a small fee, local trash bins, optional breakfast, lift, and luggage storage. Plenty of shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, and banks are in the area. And last but not least, metro/bus and even RER/tram services will take you to every corner in Paris and of course, Pantin, which is a nice setting to explore. Next time in Paris, I know where to stay. ;-)

At least in my room, the short space (30 cm) between the bed and the ample desk makes the latter useless, because you can't place a chair and sit on. The bathroom is very small compared with the size of the main room, with the walk-in shower minuscule, uncomfortable and in need of a curtain replacement. I stayed 9 nights and got only one room cleaning and towel/sheet change for free. No additional toilet paper (only two units) or trash bags, no kitchen towel either. The toiletries and slippers you see in the property photos are not provided, only 3 small body wash/shampoo containers and liquid soap dispensers instead.

The hotel is very conveniently placed right next to a metro station - L'eglise de pantin, and so was better value than more central accommodation but just a short tube ride into the city. The room was fine for our needs as we were mostly out sight seeing all day.

Arriving when reception was shut and supposed to pick up key cards from a box on the wall. The keycard that was issued didn't work. We did eventually get issued an emergency keycard but this was a little tricky as the person on the phone spoke no English and my French is basic - anyone with no French would have been stuck. The toilet did not work on our arrival and it being the weekend, was not fixed until two days later.

It was impossible to get the key to our room without the help of someone in Pantin, as the reception closed at 19-00 and our flight didn’t arrive until later.. Also that person had to pay the full amount for us instead of the hotel using my bank card. When we checked out, we were unable to leave our luggage in a baggage room as again reception was closed.

Very good location - a few steps from metro station of line 5. Spacious room with comfortable beds, large bathroom, all needed kitchen equipment, large enough fridge. Very friendly staff. There are supermarkets nearby and several fast food and restaurants near the hotel.

Very noisy, practically never stopping noise of the traffic from the street when the window is open, and the window must be open because of the heat (the good thing is that there was a fan)

The kitchenette was well equipped, the wifi-signal in my room was not strong enough but it is ok, the heating system was excellent, the space of the studio was great, the staff are extremely nice and helpful, especially the front office team and the housekeeping. The location of the hotel was few steps from a metro station and bus station, next to the hotel you find plenty of Halal restaurants &butchery, a lot of supermarkets, a Western Union and lots of ATMs. I stayed from 1/3 till 16/3/2022, i faced a problem with my shower drainage the first day, immediately i was offered a new room by the front office manager who was extremely helpful. i do recommend the hotel if you are looking for a price-value and good hospitality options.

Great Location, right next to metro station, many food options nearby. Room was good sized, clean, well stocked with dishes, and quiet. Building has elevator. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower was tiny. Literally 2'1" by 2'3". Yes we measured it. It's an efficiency Hotel, so no daily room service, was no problem for us, but may be for others.

Given Paris prices, it was good value - a small but well formed and equipped bedroom with studio kitchen and ensuite. Fridge and kettle worked, bed worked, shower worked - and an opening window, important these days. Metro station about 40 metres outside the door and a Velib rack 5 metres, and easy canal cycle ride into Central Paris 200 metres away. It's not a "5 stat" institution - but you're not paying 5 star rates! Read the details clearly and there will be no surprises - I felt it was very good value for money, and fitted the bill for what I needed very well. Thank you!

Corridor flooring dated and tatty - door code entry scary as an idea BUT worked fine. Bit noisy at times but I was on lowest floor.

The location is excellent to go/return to the hotel, just 50 mts from the metro station (bus and train). Just 15-30 min to the main attractions in Paris. It has laundry, great staff, great studio room! SuperMarkets and many places to eat are in an 200 mts area. Very Easy to move to main stations (Gare do East & Gare du North)

All good, If I return, this will be my 1st choice!

location right by 1mn tube stagion. the night checkin with the machine which gives you your card key, the cleanliness and nearby bakery! close to Gare du nord station about 15 mn by tue/ metro

it’s a bit dark in the hallway. i had to cross a soor to reach my room

Privacy and quietness. Comfortable beds and they had a fan thankfully. Let me check out 2 hrs later than officially stated.

Shower didn’t have any cold water for over a day. Reception wasn’t available when I needed to fix it.
