The food, the beds were comfortable, people were nice...

Only thing bad i have to say is that whatever extra we purchased were very expensive.. 4 cupcakes and 4 cookies 70euros...

I didnt like how much the bar and food was. Very expensive and nowhere else around so you were stuck fir choice

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are large and comfortable and they have many facilities on offer

The free bus, although is a great idea, in reality is a nightmare. We experienced a crush and a physical fight, where children were hurt on Wednesday 7th June at Disney to get onto the bus to get to your hotel. On Thursday 8th, there was some sort of party going on that kept us awake past 2am. Finally this hotel was offered with a mini bar, which we did not have in our room.

The Hotel was very comfortable, staff very friendly, good facilities and the location was good. It was definitely good value for money.

The shuttle bus from hotel to Disney was always packed and coming back from Disney to hotel was almost impossible to get on the first bus as it stopped at about 4 hotels first, too many people for one bus. The breakfast was disappointing.

its near the Disneyland. Has free shuttle which is very convenient. and Good stay for kids with outdoor and indoor pools plus jacuzzi and playground.

They wont change tissues and towels. we paid big amount and they cheap about amenities.

Good location, nice grounds, magical feel for the kids. Pool!

The employees of the hotel were very sweet. You feel very welcome and magical at this location. Also the shuttle to the Disneyland park is very nice. The hotel has many facilities for children and adults.

The nightshift reception, someone got sick on night two of our stay. And the nightshift just told us to wait till the morning. We cleaned it ourselves with the expectation that it would get cleaned thorough the next morning/day. But when we came back the room was not cleaned and you could still smell it. So we asked again (again nightshift) and they told us there was no housekeeping available so we still had to wait. Instead we did get an air refresher, what only helped for 4 hours. So we weren’t really happy to stay in the room because of that. Otherwise it would have been an amazing family room. Also the tv didn’t change channels on our last night and when I called the reception they told me they would fix it the next day (our check out day). So that was a bummer.

The outside pool was outstanding - great shallow area for small kids too. Very nice rooms and very comfortable. Definitely needed after a day at Disneyland. Fairly easy to get to Disneyland on the shuttle.

Food quality for dinner was generally fairly good (the roast meats and potatoes + salads were excellent) but some of the other dishes (paella, fish etc) were not great and they didn’t change them around. Terrible organisation of the shuttle to get back to the hotel from Disneyland - this was so terrible it was worth getting a private taxi (wait times were about 45-60mins with exhausted kids even if you got there just before the next shuttle was coming). This really needs to be better organised - Disneyland in Hong Kong for buses were excellent.

The stay over all was very good and a much better choice than staying in one of the actual Disney hotels (that we have done before and been disappointing) the rooms were comfortable and clean. the facilities were good and staff helpful. the Shuttle bus runs well and a good service.

if i was to be really picky breakfast can be a bit busy. But this is only to be expected and there was still plenty to eat . they did run out of cups a couple of times and didn't really enjoy drinking from paper cups. And the cost of the drinks in the bar a little expensive( i know its Disney) 10 euros a pint ? with all that said I would still book to stay there again. Shuttle bus can be busy and cramped at peak times.
