Marriott's Village d'Ile-de-France

The unit itself, the ambience of the unit. The cleanliness of the unit. They were able to provide an adaptor for the outlet. There was no unpleasant smell in the unit. We were able to cook and dine comfortably, which made for a very pleasant stay. Even my friends who stayed in a Marriot Vacation Club was so impressed with how clean it was and was already planning on booking in the near future.

I wish that the check-in and check-out time would be more accommodating. Having a check-in of 4PM and check-out of 10AM, I believe is not a pleasant accommodating factor. It's as if it is a marketing ploy to entice you to stay longer than one night so that you'll be with them longer.

This Marriott is one of our favorite places to stay in France. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The Kids Club is a treat and all of their delightful staff work well with small children. The Bistro food was excellent and the Market Place had a good assortment of items, so that you didn't need to run around to other stores for basic needs. It's location is perfect for Paris Disney and with its two pools, playgrounds and lovely grounds, you don't need to leave to relax.

It's a facility that is beginning to show its age and could use some paint in places. Plus, we were disappointed with the mold in the shower and the floors could be cleaner around the baseboards. These were minor and very solvable items in relation to the entire facility, which is an absolutely lovely place to spend a vacation!

this was beautiful accommodation, a home away from feeling. lovely big rooms, great kitchen facilities and everything you needed for a family get together whilst visiting Disney

for the cost of the property, which I thought was ok for what you actually got, I do believe the shuttle between the property and Disney could have been included. 4€ per person per day was just milking the tourists.

We liked the concept and feeling of a french home , the back yard and the lovely atmosphere and the ducks that walked around casually. The kids lived thr playground and the kids club.

The pool was dirty. The chairs and tables in the backyard had spider webs and bird poop, would have been nice if they were clean. Also, would be nice to have full daily housekeeping as an option.

We have been staying in this resort for years. Excellent stay, as always. All the units are spacious. The area (Bailly-Romainvilliers and nearby Serris) has been growing but the Marriott Village has kept its charm - with its cookie cutter townhouses. A lot of space for parking, you can find the basics at the in-house "market" but there is also a small grocery, bakery and pharmacy within walking distance. Easy short drive from Disneyland as well as Val d'Europe/La Vallee Shopping Centers.

More of a suggestion, really. A couple of things were broken and were replaced immediately after we reported issues, therefore, great response from the staff. That said, I suggest to the management to fix things prior to the arrival of guests.

The townhouse was spacious and had everything we could possibly need with a wonderful view! We ordered food to the room a few times which was great. The indoor pool was great for the kids and all staff were very friendly. The house was clean and well equipped within less than 10 minutes from Disney.

The changing facilities in the pool were small and the decor is a bit dated but neither affected our stay! We’d be back in a heartbeat!

We reserved a 2 bedroom townhouse and it was amazing!! Impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable. The grounds and pools were well-maintained and it's a quick shuttle ride to the Disney parks!!

it is a taxi ride to train and Disney, so adds €20 to each trip shuttle bus not currently running

The place is very nice! The staff was very helpful and the house we got was extremely nice.

The shuttle for Disney was quite annoying - it was only once every 30 minutes. Sometimes the driver drove off while my kids were at the stop and my wife was paying for the shuttle. He didn't agree to wait. In addition, the last ride back from Disney to the hotel is too early so if you use it, you miss the show at the end of the day and if you see the show, you miss the last shuttle and need to manage on your own with buses that stop very far from the room or pay for a taxi (sometimes after you already payed for the shuttle). In addition, sometimes the market place in the hotel was missing a lot of basic groceries.

The size of the house, the cleanliness and modern aplliances. The comfortable beds, the heated, large pool, the staff were so friendly as well. It was also easy to access places without a car due to convenient buses and trains not far away. Although we used a car, taxi and trains. Easy to get to Paris and Disneyland despite the shuttle from the hotel not operating due to covid. There was daily cleaning and the house was very well equipped. Restaurants in the village nearby were really nice too.

The recycling bins outside our house were too full. Also I understand why the indoor pool and shuttles weren't operating due to covid but I did not see the indoor pool not operating in the booking text. Paying alot for somewhere when not all the facilities are operating was not so great. Also the shop was only open till 4pm but their were great supermarkets close by in the village.
