Radisson Blu Hotel Paris, Marne-la-Vallée

The staff were all so lovely breakfast was good. They went out of thier way to make my little girl feel welcomed. Staff clean the rooms well. But for 3 nights and visits to disney. The oerfect stay as theres a convenient shuttle bus too and from the park.

For the price the rooms are a bit dated, carpets worn and wall paper coming away in parts. The sofa bed mattress is very lumpy. It definitely needs upgrading/refurbishing. The stagnant water you have to walk through to get to the pool is a little gross.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was nice, and the bus transfer to Disneyland and the train station was very useful. If you don't have a car, room service / restaurant were good.

It's not walking distance to anything else, but with the shuttle bus to Disneyland and breakfast/dinner available on site this was fine for us.

- The suite room was spacious for a family of four. - The staff is friendly and helpful. - The food variety was good and the breakfast big area is very nice. - Having their own shuttle from the hotel and Disneyland Paris is also a bonus.

- I still don't know why sometimes we sit in an area for breakfast and then the big spacious area is suddenly open to other guests. - On our last day there was no hot water in the bathroom which made showering impossible with cold water. - The juice dispenser has two juices apple and orange, one day the apple side works fine and the orange doesn't and vice versa.

The check in experience was very smooth and the staff were very nice, friendly and attentive, the breakfast was very good and the staff in the dining area were very nice and friendly.

I have previously stayed in Radisson blu before Covid, and the cleaning was very good and also the cleaning staff were very nice, this time I think the cleaning was not to the usual standard of Radisson blu, there was a language barrier between us and the cleaning staff, they were not changing the pillow cases or the duvet covers which I thought was not right, I made the comment to them many times but maybe they were not able to understand it, also they should consider vacuuming the rooms which they didn't do most of the times.

Great facilities, a decently sized indoor pool, sauna and spa. The every 30 minute shuttle service to the train station/Disney is great and is a lot better value for money than the disney resort hotels.

With the occupants mainly being families off to go to disney, people running down the hallways at night as you try to sleep is common, whilst annoying it has to be expected. The shuttle service is very busy during park opening and closing hours and is something to note.

I was traveling with 2 kids age 6 and it was very convenient to stay in hotel since they have free shuttle bus to Disneyland that you can use every 30 minutes. Hotel s very good for family stay, kids enjoyed pool and labyrinth in front of the hotel. We had late dinner in restaurant and food was good

I didn't like that after the first day they didn't refill coffee and milk for coffee, and when I asked reception (through WhatsApp), no one answered me even when I left the hotel.

- good breakfast - solid room service (tasty, good choice) - big room (for families) - convenient regular shuttles to/from DisneyLand - third time staying there, great value for money

- had to change rooms after unpacking, were given a room with broken sofa, managers knew it’s broken but still checked us in there - swimming pool is pretty small, works only for kids - no atm anywhere on the territory or near, the closest was in the Disneyland and not so easy to find - quite slow and sometimes irresponsive service (had to call twice to remind about asks), but seems it’s common for France in general

Dinner in the restaurant not very good, but expensive. We arrived early, the room was ready, but they asked 100euro extra if we want early check-in. We did not take it, as it does not make sense to pay for few more hours. Very dissappointing.

Well located, not too crowded, good facilities.

We had some issues with maintenance in the bathroom, but after a couple of tries it was eventually fixed. The small bad/ sofa bad was of poor quality or was old. An adult could not sleep there as it was very uneven.
