Bed was comfortable and the location was good.

There is no refrigerator. No mini bar. It was the first time I stayed in a hotel without a mini fridge, was really uncomfortable. Should’ve put that in the description. A few staffs were very friendly and kind but initially they said they offer a couple bottles of water for free but we stayed for 3 nights and they didn’t offer water on our last night and had to buy a bottle at the hotel reception for 6 euro. Cleaning staff forgot to collect their cleaning equipment in the bathroom and it was left there for two days.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. Many thanks for the support. The rooms were very nicely furnished. We slept well. The location is good. You can reach a lot by foot.

I think the price is too high. Even though the rooms and facilities are great, the hotel doesn't have much to offer (restaurant, gym for example). Breakfast was also not included at over 500 euros for two nights.

The location is perfect ,near to everything next to Champs Elysees ,very safe place near to the presidential residence All the members of the staff are very professional and kind and ready to help you out. We met Sofia many times and she was willing to find us a taxi, to help us with reservations to restaurants,to offer a coffee, to keep up with everything the cleaning staff has forgotten to leave us . The towels were clean and fluffy and changed every day. The toiletries were Sotheys and really good . You have your own espresso machine and free capsules every day of a high quality Every day free bottles of water as well are provided to the guests convenience

That the rooms have no fridge or mini bar

The staff. Both Manny and Felicity were helpful and very professional. They have good recommendations and very attentive to my requests. And the location is perfect.

The lack of basic amenities. Luggage rack was a hustle to arrange when I asked hotel to prepare. The cleaners don’t often refill the cotton pads and amenities for my bathroom after each day clean up. The windows are not very good at noise cancellation. During early mornings I can hear garbage truck banging and the party goers departing the club in the very early morning next door.

Great location. Clean. Nice staff. Complimentary coffee pods and water was a nice touch. Bed super comfy. Shower hot and good pressure. Soap, shower wash, shampoo etc all lovely quality. As per other reviews the room is small but it is perfectly big enough for a short city break and typical of a European city. I think we were upgraded as room had a small balcony which we didn’t book so for the overall price paid it felt like good value for Paris. Hotel is on a quite street but it felt very safe and we never had any trouble which we were a bit worried about being two females. I would recommend and would definitely return to this hotel on my next visit.

Glass door to bathroom. From a design point of view I understand why but from a privacy point of view it wasn’t a welcome surprise! A curtain needs to be put across so people can have some privacy if they choose whilst using the toilet. The plugs next to the bed are USB so if you need to charge an IPhone and you don’t take a converter you need to get on hands and knees as the plugs are under the desk away from the bed. We were not informed about the bar or it’s opening times on arrival so we didn’t use it. No room service - or at least we were not told about it and there was no menu in the room.

To Amastan Hotel: My wife and I recently stayed at your hotel through to the new year and we wanted to specially praise and thank Christina and Mavis for their outstanding, endearing and warm hospitality. My wife had injured her knee badly and both of them proactively helped us to seek doctors for support. When the doctor did not respond, they constantly called back to check on us, update on the progress and try to fix the appointment. What really impressed us was after the doctor’s visit, they helped us to look for the nearest pharmacy for medication. What could have been a difficult experience for us was transformed into a very positive and warm one. Thank you Christina, Mavis, for your remarkable service and help to us, it certainly made the end of our 2022 an unforgettable one!

Stayed several times at this small hotel, great location on a quiet street though just out of Champs Elysees. Always superclean, very friendly staff who do everything from preparing cocktails to reception. Breakfast with some decent options, some snacks available in the evening.

Upon entering my room (no. 42) designated as “superior” I was shocked to see that on top of being tiny, which was expected, the bathroom was 20cm from the bed with no separation between the two spaces AND facing the window. Luckily my friends and I do not like to share rooms. The price was hefty, being a long weekend and Roland Garros finals. This room should at best be a laundry room. So, I gathered that anything except the “deluxe” and “premium” (which this time were not available) rooms does not buy any privacy.

A lovely boutique hotel in the 8th. Rooms are small (like all hotel rooms in Paris) but perfectly formed and very comfortable. Some rooms have a terrace (like ours) which is a great place to rest at the end of the day. All the staff were unfailingly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel courtyard is a lovely spot to have a drink away from all the hustle and bustle. A bit pricey, but a great spot for a first timer to Paris to explore all the famous sights.

Our terrace (room 15) was not great when it rains - even though part of it is undercover, water draining off the roof was rebounding off the wall and splashing in to the undercover part making it unusable in the rain. This went on for a few hours even after the rain stopped. So if you’re keen on a terrace request one on a higher floor!

i can describe this hotel as a family home. The moment we checked in Mr. Florent was the perfect host going above and beyond to accomodate us ,helping us print our PCR reports that came in at the last moment , till he personally was helping my son and I put our luggage in the uber car for our departure. The area is safe and and close to the Champs Elysees, has many restaurants, pharmacies and a supermarket walking distance from the hotel. Special thanks too for Roseanne at breakfast, Ahmed , and housekeeping lady. This hotel should get a 10+ for its staff

Toilets need a door, shower needs a cabin

I spent 12 nights here during my stay in Paris. Charming hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. One morning, I was out of Nespresso capusles and I called the reception. The receptionist was so kind not to bring me capsules but also a fresh one from the bar. Such lovely gesture is greatly appreciated.

The shower... the shower curtain was a bit short thus water may seep from the shower area. But otherwise, the toilet was spacious and bright enough with a large window to it.
