Aparthotel Adagio Paris Haussmann

The aparthotel is spacious! after years of regularly traveling to Paris this is the first time I found myself with enough space in my room. Paris is notorious for tiny room hotels and this one is an exception. It's conveniently located near a Paris metro (about 10mins walk) and the side streets have cafes and restaurant options, so if you're feeling a bit lazy to walk around you can find something to eat close by. The staff are helpful and have decent English skills (a major plus for any English speaking tourist) If you're a walker - Franklin Roosevelt train station (and an area in between Champs and Concorde) is around 25mins walk

If you're staying at this hotel, the reception is elevated on a mezzanine area which means you will need to carry your luggage for around 8 to 10 steps of stairs. Though they will brief you about it, they don't have regular room cleaning services, during my stay they clean the room and change the towels every 4 days so good to be neat during your stay here.

The dize of the rooms are good and the location. 15min by wolk to Champs elisse and Galery lafayet, 30min bywolk to Louvre, D'orsay, Montmart. 4 min to Metro and bus stations.

During our entire stay at the hotel, the room was not cleaned, sheets and towels were not changed. They clean and change sheets and towels only if requested. The staff is nice.

Very spacious and great location. Everything within a few miles walk.

Room was very warm and would recommend requesting a room not facing onto the main road.

The apartment was very sufficient in all respects. Nothing very fancy, but very much up to our needs. The beds were clean and the mattresses seemed brand new. The kitchen was small, but, again, very well suited to out needs. The neighbourhood feels quite safe and the metro is around the corner. There's also plenty of convenience stores dotted around the area, with one across the road, as well as various takeaway options. Staff was kind and forthcoming when we needed something.

The breakfast is not what one might expect from a hotel when booking with breakfast. It's nothing like a buffet one may be accustomed to, or perhaps even a restaurant. It's delivered to the apartment every morning based on a sheet you fill out the night before. What's delivered mostly is what you ordered, with some suprise extras and perhaps some missing others. The bread isn't what you'd expect from France, but it's perfectly doable. For some, this may be a bit of a let down, especially given the added costs.

The location of the hotel is amazing! Very convenient to move around in Paris. There are also many cafes and restaurants around and the hotel allows delivery. They had a very sweet welcome package in the room for us with some chocolates, chips, water, pate d'olive etc.

We stayed there 9 nights and no one came to clean our room not even once. We had to ask for clean towels 2-3 times until we got some but they never came to change our bedsheets. That was disappointing but other than that the hotel's location is one of the best and the stuff is nice.

Very clean and spacious rooms, great location and excellent breakfast. I would choose it again for sure.

Price of breakfast (15eur/person), bit noisy & dusty due to construction near by, but that’s not the hotel fault, the fact that they din’t have an own parking and walking with trolleys is a bit difficult.

Perfect location, close to the main attractions - either by metro or simply a walking distance. Safe area, rather quiet (you can still hear the noise from the main street, by you can sleep with a closed window and air condition - which is very quiet!). The kitchenette was very useful. The supermatket is on the opposite side of the road. Good surprise - although they mentioned on the site that the rooms are not cleaned and the towels are not changed on a daily basis, they did change the towels, took the trash out and arranged our bed on a daily basis.

Nice and clean room, and big, spacious bathroom. The kitchen was tiny, with only 2 burners, but we didn't expect anything huge, and it was enough. Nice table to eat at, comfortable chairs. The location is terrific - just a couple of minutes from a Metro and an easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elisee, l'Opera, etc. We would absolutely stay there again.

Excellent accommodation! Incredible big room for Paris, with complete kitchen, including a dish washer. The beds are very comfortable, with a big sofa bed in the living room. The windows are soundproof, with automatic shades that makes a perfect dark space for a good sleeping night. The staff is very kind and supportive. There is a water machine at the lobby, with free sparkling or still water to recharge our bottles. The location is very convenient, 5 min from a metro station and 10/15 min walk to the mid part of Champs Elysees. There are plenty of groceries and restaurants in a 5 min walking distance.

The hot water finishes after 2 baths, and it takes some time to became available again (accumulation heater). It might be an issue if you are in 4. Nothing terrible however, as you can split the family in 2 sessions of shower.
