Cleaning services could have been more regular

We liked everything about this property - location (close to the Opera, department stores; supermarket and restaurants are right next door), friendly staff, cleanliness, and comfort. My mother is 84 y.o. with limited mobility appreciated that they granted her request and provided a nice and quiet room with easy accessibility. We'll consider staying in this hotel again during our next visit to Paris.

The price is a bit steep. The living room is on the smaller side. If you have noisy neighbors, be prepared to hear everything as rooms are located very close to each other, right across a narrow corridor.

Great apartment and spacious. Modern and clean. Kitchen with fridge. Lift. Great location with a supermarket next door. Lot’s of bars and restaurants on the street. Metro 5 minutes away.

Bed was really comfortable. Room was thoroughly clean. Bedroom was facing the inner courtyard so it was quiet. The windows open up too if one wants fresh air. Plenty of towels. There is a good supermarket just next to the place and the metro stop is also close by. You can easily walk to gare du nord too.

We needed a place with a kitchen because we were recovering. The esthetics of it was one thing but we overlooked that. The kitchen had little dishes and the cooking ware needs replacing. Both the pan and kettle were in bad shape as the lining was broken. We got another pan per request but it was not much better. So don't plan on frying your eggs here. Also more coffee pods / day would have been great.

The staff was fantastic. Alberto is a treasure! He took such good care of our family and made sure we had a great time in Paris. We will be back!

Aden at reception was simply marvellous. Nothing was too much trouble. She helped us, and went way over and above what we could have reasonably expected to help us with quite a long list of problems. Her language skills and maturity are exceptional The apartment was clean, serviced daily, towels were good condition, separate toilet appreciated. Location was great, walking distance to 2 different metro lines. The bed was comfortable. There is a dishwasher and tablets provided. 24 hour reception meant it was easy to get assistance and locked front door was good safety measure.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable and way too soft. The Kitchen could have done with more cutlery and decent glasses. Air-conditioner are obviously centrally controlled and not turned on until you complain.

The property was well equipped and clean. Very good location and even though on a fairly busy street could not hear anything at night. We travelled with an 11 month old and everything was perfect, they provided the travel cot. There is a supermarket right next door which was very useful, metro within 1 min walk and loads of restaurants, bars and brunch spots. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even the cleaner was amazing! Loved the fact that none could just enter the building, the staff would have to let you in, so it felt very safe and there was already a member of staff available 24/7. would 100% stay here again.

The sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable, but we used it to relax and watch TV so not a massive issue.

Location of the hotel. It is so convenient to go to all tourist attractions in Paris. There are many restaurants, bread shops, café, and supermarkets around the hotel. I love that the hotel has a small kitchen where we could heat up our own meals.

The hotel could have provided more utensils for cooking tools such as cutting board and good cutting knife.

Great location as it close to train station and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Clean, comfortable bedding, plenty of plates & cutlery for a family of four and great service. Especially Eden and Bashar at the reception were very friendly and provided great assistance with finding local amenities.
