The room is super clean, with solid surface floors which is always a plus. The hotel is located on a very quiet street so outside noise is minimal. The bathroom facilities are great, although a little tight. I stayed there twice on my trip in two separate rooms. The room with two twin beds was a little more spacious with a separate door for the bathroom entrance, which was a huge plus especially if you are traveling with another person. My room with a full bed was perfectly comfortable and had enough space for just myself. The lift was spacious, worked well, and could definitely accommodate checked luggage if needed. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and switched to English without an issue for me.

One of my rooms would have been a little tight with more than the carry on backpack and bag that I was carrying. It was perfect for just me but would not be super comfortable with 2 people. Bathroom does not have a lot of spots to put toiletries outside of the essentials. Overall these are very minor complaints and I loved my stay here I will certainly book at this hotel again.

Our recent stay at Exe Panorama was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff at the reception. Their kindness and accommodating nature set a welcoming tone for the entire stay. The room itself was a delightful surprise, notably larger than the average Parisian hotel room, which provided a comfortable and spacious environment. The refurbishment of the room added a touch of elegance and modernity, enhancing the overall experience. A standout feature was the shower. It was not only large in size but also boasted excellent water pressure. Additionally, the hotel’s internet connection was fast. The hotel's location further contributed to its charm. Nestled in a quiet, safe area of Paris, it is surrounded by a plethora of fine restaurants, offering a diverse range of dining options. In terms of value for money, the hotel exceeded all expectations. It provided a high-quality experience at a very reasonable price, making it an excellent choice for travelers seeking both comfort and affordability.

A little enhancement in the breakfast variety would make it even more remarkable.

The seating room was a surprise, the 2nd bed for my daughter was a sofa, double , fantastic. The mattress was so good. The main bed was huge, pillows so comfortable. We did not expect to have an extra room. The room was very clean , spotless, the shower was powerful. The reception staff very nice and helpful. Great location, closed to gare du nord for eurostar trains, 10mn walk and close to the metro poissoniere the side street has plenty of restaurants during the day. if you like thai , viet, japanese , asian food , it is paradise. Franprix supermarket nearby.

10 minutes from Paris-Nord station, near the metro and walking distance to Montmartre. Not in a good neighborhood but still in a quiet street. The beds are very comfortable, nice shower, the room is clean and large enough for Paris. Staff is also friendly.

The lobby was very small, would be nice to have a better relaxing area with coffee, drinks etc. I think not so suitable for long stays. Also, like other comments mentioned, indeed, shower door is frozen glass but quite transparent from outside. If you're not family or couple, could be a bit disturbing. But overall, good value for money

Exe’s biggest advantage is its location. Tucked away a couple of minutes from the main road, it is a perfect mix of peaceful rest when you need it, and proximity to the metro when you’re ready to step out. There’s a supermarket a minute away to get all the essentials, as well as small cafes and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Pablo who we met often, and Amanda who we met fewer times. The fact that they have a 24x7 reception is great. Housekeeping was prompt and helpful.

If you’re used to large hotel rooms, the compact size of the the rooms at Exe might take you by surprise, but you’ll quickly get used to it considering the thoughtful additions like the clothing hangers and the storage shelves. I wish the bathrooms had solid doors instead of the current sliding panels, which leave a tiny gap through which someone passing by can see inside. This did not bother us too much as a couple. However, if a group of friends is taking a room here, I would consider the bathroom privacy insufficient.

Locations was great, 20 minute walk to some major sites Opera, Sacré-Coeur Basilica, etc, plus some great local places to eat etc.

The young, bubbly, and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. On the day of check-out, I fell extremely sick, but the staff demonstrated exceptional patience and allowed me to take my time getting my belongings together well past the check-out time, without any additional charges. I will definitely stay again, not only for the central location but also for the amazing staff.

The room could have been a little bigger. My husbands side of the bed was very close to the toilet!

Location is great, I didn't have breakfast there. Room was very good and clean. Also, the staff was very nice, helpful and flexible.

I have three observations to make and that made my stay there a little less uncomfortable: 1) That was a friends' trip, we were 3 people staying in one room, the bathroom's door was made of glass and it wasn't covering the whole bathroom entrance, also there were instances it wasn't closing properly so if I wanted to use the bathroom the people sitting in the room could see me. That was very uncomfortable; 2) Also, we were 3 people and there was only one mirror in the bathroom, so that gave us hard time to prepare ourselves; and 3) One of my friends used the hotel's public bathroom and it wasn't very clean, I also used it during my stay but it was fine the time I used it.

From the moment we stepped in, we were treated superbly well by all staff. The room was brilliant value for that location, it was very big, the aircon was great and overall I couldn’t fault it, it exceeded my expectations if I’m being honest.

The only bit of feedback I can give is the sliding bathroom door, it doesn’t close quite far enough, bit weird sitting on the toilet and seeing you wife and son sitting on the bed watching tv….I could see how some people with privacy issues would really not like it but I have a Yorkshire Terrier, I never get to go to the toilet in peace!! Genuinely, it’s such a minor point, don’t let this detract from the fact this is a very good hotel.
