The hotel is in an excellent position just a short stroll from the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful with planning excursions, reservations and taxi's. The bedroom was large, modern very well equipped and best of the all the bed was very comfortable which was essential after long days of touring.

Possibly a little more choice at breakfast, I asked for fresh eggs each day and these were great.

The location is excellent, with great cafes a block away, easy access to the metro, and amazing views of the Eiffel tower. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We only felt a few minor shortcomings. The elevators aren't central, but rather on one end of the building, so we had a long walk to our room. The pillows were a bit spongy. There was an inconspicuous waste bin under the sink, and we almost lost some personal items in there.

the hotel is modern and clean with spacious lobby and a beautiful rooftop over looking the tour Eiffel steps away from the brasseries and some good restaurants, the modern room is very spacious and comfortable

nothing in specific but maybe the room rate was little high (dont know if its relatively like this during high seasons or just now because of the paris fashion week )

Great location on a quiet and clean street near the Eiffel Tower. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. We had the king suite with terrace (Room 704), which is the best room in the hotel. With plenty of room to stretch out, it comfortably fit our family of 4.

Close to the effiel tower

The rooftop is too crowded during evenings and you have to wait minimum 20mins before you get a table . I guess there is nothing the hotel can do about that . Other than that property is great as it has the view of the effiel tower

Great staff, quiet rooms, very close to Eiffel Tower, nice rooftop bar.

Dirty A/C vents in my room, it is likely it messed up with thermostats and temperature. Very small food portions and boring breakfast. For example plate of cheese mean 3 small slices of cheese. No fresh vegetables, in general sweet and quite unhealthy breakfast.

Majority of the people working at this hote were simply amazing, going way above what is expected in the hospitality industry, making you feel like they’ve known you forever and just couldn’t wait to see you again. While I feel it’s not fair to single out one person out of many awesome people we interacted with, we felt that Reda, all around awesome person and a great chef deserves special mention - simply for being awesome.

Everything was absolutely great! The staff are very friendly, the place is very clean, smells terrific, and the on-site restaurant is fantastic as well.
