Hôtel Pastel Paris

Properly was perfect for us. Starting with a super friendly staff (Sihem and Robert), they accommodated any of our questions and needs. Great free breakfast and perfect location. Hotel was super clean, beds were comfortable and had fast wifi and an elevator (we were with a toddler and a stroller). Hotel is located within 15min walking to the tower, arc and a stop of one of hop on hop off tour buses. You can easily feel, you are in a centre of Paris. There is a grocery store 1min away as well as pharmacy. We had an early flight and were early at the hotel. Sihem checked us in because room was available and we didnt have to wait. That helped a lot. We would definitely recommend this place and would come back.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond- in Particular (?Parine). She was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. She checked us in and out and helped us with a situation when the airline lost our luggage. She was so kind and was able to provide us with information regarding public transport. She even walked us out to the taxi with an umbrella on our last day. She should be highly commended. Thank you. The hotel was lovely as depicted in the pictures. With a great location close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Also close to public transport and food/drink places. The room was comfortable and clean- serviced daily. Facilities in the room good also. The hotel really made our stay in Paris enjoyable and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The bathroom was a little small (but could only be expected due to prime location in central Paris). Otherwise couldn’t make any recommendations as very happy with our stay.

The price was really good for what we got. I traveled with my boyfriend and we had a really nice stay. The staff was friendly, breakfast was really nice. Location was perfect, really close to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.

Although we booked a bigger room with a bath on Booking, we first got a smaller one without a bath. The lady told me I didn't clarify it on my reservation and they didn't know about my request although the type of room on the reservation was correct. In the end, we got the correct room, but if it was already taken we would have been left with a smaller room for a higher price.

A bit of noise from street

The location was Briliant as we were in Paris to run the Marathon and it was only a short walk to the start and from the finish, so an ideal proximity for us. The room size was small but had everything necessary, and it was advertised as a boutique hotel so we couldn't expect anything larger. Breakfast was super and plentiful.

It would have been a bonus if there had been a hotel lounge to meet friends in but we used the foyer which was clean and warm. The air con in the bedroom wasn't that good and I think in the summer the rooms would be very stuffy.

Great location of the hotel - just 3 min to Arc de Triomphe, close to metro station, silence and cleanliness in the room - we have a room on the 4th floor and you can watch the stars on the sky at night through the sunroof there. Tasty breakfast and helpful staff… the price is acteptable… what moore would you need? There is a very best French restaurant just behind the corner - EKleber, on the Kleber Ave…just try their creme brulee…mmm.

It was a bit expensive

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. the location was fabulous, I had an amazing access to nice cafes and restaurants plus it was close to my conference and there were several supermarkets within walking distance. the staff were very helpful and nice

The room was so small and the shower door and wash basin is too tight I had to to twist myself to get out of the shower.

Location is great. I think is best value for money in the area. I still find the price for 3 starts a bit too much, but hey it’s Paris… not so fun when u travel for business… room is not big(nothing new in Paris) but it is super well done in such a way that u feel u have space and not that furniture falls onto u. i like that everything looks new and well maintained. staff is very nice.

The location of the hotel Pastel is excelent, Eiffel tower and Arc de Triomphe and a lot of restaurants are around 15 minutes of walk from hotel. The good thing is also a small shop near the hotel where you can buy (normaln prices) everything you need for pleasent staying in Paris.
