Eiffel Trocadéro

The location was excellent, we enjoyed the room decor and the bed was very comfy. Reception staff was very nice and the pre-arrival enquiries are very considerate. The building is quite charming.

It’s becoming a bit degraded, the wall paper was significantly damaged on many places. Being on an old building adds charm to the place, but you pay the price of having a split toilet + sink/shower arrangement in two small rooms, which is not very pleasant. Breakfast was OK but over the weekend the cafeterias staff was unprofessional and did not follow basic higiene rules, handling the food (bread/croissants) with bare hands. For a 4 star hotel at that price one expects a bit more.

The staff organized the taxi to collect us from the airport, and that was fun. We communicated by Google translate. The Room was absolutely stunning, very spacious, and a magnificent view of the Tower. I was offered and obtained some extras, like champagne, which were waiting me on ice on arrival. We were very close to some local amenities and restaurants used by locals, ever so slightly off the tourist trail.

Very little to complain about, we have a great experience. The light switches were a bit confusing, but we got to understand it quickly. It would be nice to have a note or some such that advises when the Eifell tower performs its light show.

We stayed in the Eiffel Suite and had an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower especially at sunset. We had our two children with us (7 and 4) and they found it a magical experience. The hotel is very close to everything and we had an underground parking space which was brilliant.

For the price, we would ideally have had breakfast included as 18 euro each was a bit much for 2 adults and 2 kids considering the food available. In future I would probably eat out for breakfast.

The location is perfect for a short walk to the tower and gardens and all sorts of shops. The way the two rooms are connected was perfect for our family. The price was great for this location we felt. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We loved our unexpected view of the top of the Eiffel Tower! Not that you need a view when it's only around the corner! They welcomed our dogs too!

If I had to be picky, the rooms were not massive but perfectly acceptable, parking outside was pricey but that's just because we couldn't book parking as with the roofbox the car was too tall, and were too lazy to find the public car park! All said and done it's a small hotel in the centre of Paris and well priced, so I think it was value for money and would definitely return

When we checked in we were surprised by how cute and cosy our room was. it was modern yet classic. Though the room is a little small its perfect for 2 people and the bathroom is nice and spacious. we were smiling looking out at our view of the Eiffel Tower however you can only see the top portion of it. The location is excellent, in the more expensive part of town, you have all the nice cafes close by, even the famous " Carette" and the best location to take photos with the Eiffel Tower is just 2-3 minutes away from the hotel.

The staff were lovely and the location was fantastic. It totally exceeded my expectations in terms of an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and it was also a 5 min walk down to Passy for lovely local cafes and restaurants. Having a spa bath was an unexpected bonus, and a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower, which for Bastille Day fireworks, will be an experience I will cherish forever.

Mattress was a little soft and dipped in the middle, but that didn’t worry me as I loved everything else about this boutique property.

Quirky decoration in a lovely small-ish hotel. We loved it! Great breakfast with lots of choice. Clean rooms and very eco friendly. Friendly, helpful staff who couldn't do enough to help. Very close to the Eiffel Tower, and lots of restaurants and bars - all quite pricey, but it's the middle of summer in a touristy city, so only to be expected. Would definitely recommend. Also very close to tour bus stops.Thanks for a great stay ,Eiffel Trocadero!

Had booked the hotel for a birthday trip. The staff were excellent prior to our arrival sending updates and being responsive to our questions. They kindly arranged transport for us from and to the airport. We arrived quite late due to a flight delay andthey ensured our driver was informed. Our room was stunning! Bright, with contemporary decor whilst also staying true to classic Parisian style. Fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower! There was also a little birthday gift and card in the room on our arrival which was a lovely thought from them. The room was a good size for two people, not huge but comfortable for the traditional tenement style. The Trocadero area has great links for the metro and nearby tourist spots. The staff are lovely and happy to help with any questions. What's more is this is a green hotel! So if you are environmentally conscious but still want style and comfort this hotel is a great option.

The website could use a bit of updating as it still lists the restaurant which isn't available since the pandemic we later found out. As two vegans, the area isn't the best for vegan options and we often had food in Les Marais district as it had the best options. Otherwise we had food delivered. There were vegan breakfast options but they could be expanded on a little (vegan croissant?). This would also tie in well with it listed as an environmentally conscious hotel and open up to a new market of travellers/holiday goers.
