We selected The Eiffel Tower Suite for its breathtaking Eiffel Tower view, generous living room with a convenient mini kitchenette, and its impressive two-bedroom layout. The master bedroom, albeit simplistic, features a small circular window, while the master bathroom, though functional, is comparatively compact compared to the second guest room. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, yet there were instances when the staff seemed less available when needed. The amenities on offer are of a standard variety, and the housekeeping service, while adequate, could have been more thorough. However, the incredible Eiffel Tower view and the prime location undoubtedly stand out as highlights of our stay.

We wanted to cook our own food in Paris. In this sense, I think we made a very logical choice.

We had a problem. We were given a different room than the one shown on Booking.com. I think it's a problem with booking. There was a balcony-terrace in the photos. The room given to us did not have a balcony-terrace. However, the hotel manager upgraded us to a larger room. We are glad that.

When I booked I choice pick up from the airport but when I arrived no one were there and when I called the hotel the told me that we don’t offer this service but the can arrange it with extra fee

Staff were unbelievably accommodating and friendly. Huge thanks to Olivier and Orlando for going above and beyond. Every request was answered in 2 minutes and all maintenance related issues were dealt with swiftly. Having the parking nearby and being able to call the valet to fetch and park the car was sublime. The attention to detail for our baby was jaw dropping with the hotel supplying WAY MORE than just a cot but a custom Gro-bag and changing mat. Beyond 5 star service and incredibly family friendly. Brilliant location and close to everything that I wanted/needed. Outdoor patio FAR exceeded my expectations and was a great place to just relax and enjoy the sunny weather.

Room required more maintenance than I was expecting and had to make several maintenance calls. Also, the bathroom light was linked to the cupboard space which made it difficult to switch on the bathroom lights without disturbing my wife and baby daughter in the middle of the night.

We enjoyed staying here and here's what we liked: 1) Location is excellent - literally down the road from the Eiffel Tower (10 mins walk) and about 20-25 mins walk to the Arc de Triomph. And lots of conveniences nearby - cafes, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, mini mart and so forth. Very good location! 2) Staff were really friendly and helpful - they all spoke English which was a real bonus. We requested a room with view of Eiffel Tower and they tried their best to give us one (even if the view was tiny!). They also accommodated us with ice in a plastic bucket when requested - they were awesome! 3) Room was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfy. I like how the room came with sink and microwave.. and also a tiny bit of sponge and dish liquid for washing up. 4) We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so we can't comment on its taste, but hotel staff were excellent in recommending - all the cafes we tried were EXCELLENT!

1) Plug points are VERY scarce (only 1 and it's not next to the bed) and oddly placed at a strange angle on the desk, making it a little challenging to plug in an adaptor. BTW, bring your own adaptor as it's not an "international" plug point. If you wanted to charge your phone next to your bed you'd have to unplug the bedside lamps to use the plug point there. 2) The shower cubicle is a bit small but usable - just that it overflows into the floor sometimes and then you get a wet bathroom floor. However the hotel is generous with floor mat towels (you get about 3 or 4 mat towels), which is enough to keep your bathroom dry.

Great location, lovely relaxing atmosphere. Communal areas were well furnished and to a high standard. Room was clean and had what you would need for a short stay.

We felt the hotel was understaffed as although they were very attentive, they seemed rushed and mistakes were made that delayed our check in and for a 5 star didn’t deliver the personalised service expected.

Staff was very helpful in setting up balloons and flowers for our arrival. We were celebrating my friends 50th birthday. The room was perfect in size and we loved the towel warmers in the bathroom. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook a meal or have a snack. The staff was very friendly and spoke English which was a bonus.

Instructions in English on how to work the washer/dryer combo in the room. The machine is in French and was not intuitive on how to work. We had to call for help.

I like how the staff was very friendly with us, they answered our questions specifically about COVID19 requirements. The hotel was in very good location and walkable distance from Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and so many shops for grocery shopping and restaurants. I like the setup of the Apartment, the view was nice but the apartment was a bit smaller than we expected specially the closest.
