Citadines Trocadéro Paris

Very clean, and big enough for a family of 4. Useful to have kitchen facilities and a washing machine, we also enjoyed sitting on the small balcony to enjoy an early evening drink before heading to dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants. The breakfast was also good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location close to Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower was handy for a tourist visit.

The cost was more than I had anticipated when first looking for accommodation, but this is Paris after all, and compared to other options this was one of the better choices.

Everything perfect. I will be back for sure. Can't beat the location: 5 min walking to Eiffel tower, 10/15 min arc de triomphe.. perfect location for sure. Very safe! lots of Cafés and restaurants nearby, two supermarkets on the same street and pharmacies for covid tests too! About the apartment: Comfy, a lot of space. Kitchenette with a little of everything, hot water and good wifi. clean and perfect for a family!

Not a polished property but clean and reasonably very priced close to lots of amenities. As an apartment hotel it was nice to have a small cooker, dishwasher and microwave. ( I spent five nights at the Hilton Canopy Trocadéro and three at Citidines - 3 nights at Citidines costs the same as -=1 night at that Hilton. Theree are lots of great little supermarkets, nails, massage, salons and a cute kosher bakery next door all added to the charm of the neighbourhood. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. They also have a downstairs terrace and lounge which make for nice places to read the paper. Notable was the very friendly and helpful receptionist - I cannot remember her name but she had glasses and was exceptional.

The terrace off the bedroom was truly ugly. A few plants and this could be a nice feature. The air-conditioner was noisey and towels and linen were thin but everything was very clean.

Super staff! Helpful and very professional! Super clean! We had everything in the room! Due to a light rainy morning they surprised us by providing free to use umbrellas at the entrance into the hotel. That help us to reach without problem to the tour. Very good location, fifteen minutes walk to Eiffel tour and Seine cruisses. The same distance to Arc de Triomphe and Champ Elysees. Very close to metro stations Trocadero and Victor Hugo with good connections everywhere. I will strongly recommend Citadines. Thank you so much!

Excellent apart-hotel, that is just like a regular hotel, but has extra bits that you would want to use during your vacation stay - including kitchenette and bath, free use of umbrella in a rainy day. Citadines also provide availability to leave your luggage after you check out, in case your flight is later in the evening, so you can enjoy the Paris few more hours. I really appreciate the location, very convenient and comfortable to get everywhere, and the view of Eifel tower is just 5 min walk from here. Loads of various supermarkets around, cafeterias and a lovely restaurant just at the corner next to the hotel. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. I would prefer to stay here in my future visit to Paris.

Well appointed kitchen though the handles of the pots were loose and the frying pan needed to be placed as the Teflon was peeling off.

Frying pan needs replacement as Teflon was peeling off. The bed sheets gave me some itch on first night so was not as clean as I would have liked.. but luckily I could help myself to a fresh one from the fifth floor comfort store room. There was an electrical blackout but power was restored in about half hour, though there was no announcement to reassure customers when it happened.

The apartment was pretty spacious with a small kitchen in the entrance area and lots of space to put clothes and luggages. Bathroom and toilets are "french standard" which means nothing exceptional but everything worked fine. The sitting area of the ground floor was also quite nice and cosy (we did not use it though). If you travel by car, you'll be glad to get a parking spot (seems like it is not guaranteed though) for a decent price (30€/night). Lastly, the staff was very kind and helpful. All-in-all, a place to recommend if you want to visit Paris with a family but also appreciate a place to sit down and relax after a full day of Paris.

A couple of details could be improved like one of the wheels of the dish-washing machine tray was missing - hence it was not usable - and the inside paint of the drawers of the kitchen was weirdly peeling away. Also, if you are noise-sensitive, bring some earplugs since you can hear the upstair neighbours pretty well. Regarding the parking: to get in and out, things can get tricky. I would not recommend to go there with a large car, if you don't have solid driving skills or if you are claustrophobic ;-)

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. It's in an excellent location, only a 10 minute stroll to see the Eiffel Tower. The facilities are superb, and the apartment has everything you would need. The beds, even the pullout couch beds, were so comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The apartments are really well designed and offer everything you would need and wish for in a small kitchen, including a small hob, dishwasher, microwave, and a decent size fridge!! We didn't need to use anything, though, as the aparthotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The downstairs foyer area had wonderful wooden toys to keep children entertained and comfortable seating inside and out. A truly fabulous stay and a fem of a find. 5 star 🌟

We had two studios. They were both very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic and well connected to the metro. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Everything was great, but a couple of suggestions to be even better would be: - a corkscrew was missing in one of the studios - a small cutting board would have been useful - instructions on how to use the microwave and dishwasher which weren’t extremely intuitive - the bathtub is quite deep and great for taking baths, but for older people it was difficult to get in and out without a bar.

The location is great. Its 15 mins walk to Eiffel tower and Trocadero station/ Hop on hop off bus stop. Lots of nice cafes around plus a supermarket 2 mins away. The rooms are larger than average Paris room size. We got one studio with a street view which was nicer than the one on the inside

We took 2 studios and 1 apartment. One of the studios was tiny compared to the other even though both were the same price (ask for street facing room). Check in process was slow and all rooms were not ready even when we arrived at 4 pm.
