Hotel Maison FL

Walked to the Eiffel Tower every night , a 5 minute walk. Everything was amazing no complaints except one below. All the amenities were amazing. Kids loved the robes and slippers they got to use in the room.

The tub was high and made it hard for my elderly mother to get in and out. Was also slippery and she had slipped and got hurt and when checking out told the front desk and all they said was next time ask for a mat for the shower floor, didn’t even ask if she’s ok.

unfortunately the elevator is out of order while we stay on the top floor. We have to use fire exit to climb up to the room but it was stunning Eiffle tower view on the way.

Great location steps away from Passy metro and a pleasant walk to Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower. As expected for a Paris hotel, rooms were small but very well appointed with crisp clean linens, bathrobes, slippers and plenty of toiletries. The room was cleaned everyday and towels refreshed which made nice change after “do it yourself” or on request protocols during COVID. The bathroom was small but beautiful with lots of pressure and hot water. We also had small terrace which was wonderful. We did not eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that. there are plenty of restaurants and cafés close by, great for getting a coffee and croissants I. the morning.

Nothing really… it was very quiet which suited us but there was never anyone in the restaurant or bar except for breakfast so if you’re looking for a bustling bar in your hotel this is not the place for you.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very quiet and clean. To me, quiet is my most important requirement. The hotel is located close to many key attractions. I did love the fact that the hotel was not over crowded and whenever we had a question the staff was right there to ask.

I don't really have any complaints. I think the only thing that held back my experience was the limited options because of COVID. But that is beyond the control of the hotel. I think lunch and dinner service in the restaurant were closed because of COVID. Maybe the breakfast is a bit limited. I didn't ask if items like scrambled eggs were available as an option. One thing I noticed was my room had two chairs outside but no balcony. It was nice to get fresh air but when I glanced around I realized everyone had a small balcony except us. It would have been awesome to sit outside and eat breakfast on a balcony.

The room was lovely and the hotel offered a wide range of services. Room is cleaned daily, fridge was well stocked. Reception staff were really welcoming, friendly and always smiling. Made our visit a very positive one. The restaurant staff was also very lovely and would take time to talk to us. We had a really great week and cannot wait to come back next year. Staff were also able to offer advice around places to go. The Eiffel Tower was about a 10 minute walk away and right near the metro station as well.

We spent 4 nights at Hotel Maison FL and I can't speak highly enough of how helpful the staff were, especially Pierre and Maki at the front desk. The room was just right for a sightseeing holiday and very clean with all required amenities. It's in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the metro and about 1Km from the Eiffel Tower! There are plenty of cafes and restaurants and bakeries within walking distance for all food requirements. We got to see a lot of Paris and all the famous landmarks, so I would definitely recommend this Hotel as a good base for a long weekend in Paris.

perfect location to everything. Lovely hotel to stay. My room was not ready for a few hours but I was upgraded to a beautiful room. Bed was so comfortable and pillows were lush. Staff were amazing. Very helpful. Clean bedding and towels. A bottle of wine everyday.

Breakfast was expensive so easier to eat out as there were so many local restaurants within walking distance. Bar man was so lovely but cannot really make cocktails. So best to go to the cocktail bar next door.

Hotel receptionists are highly professional and are willing to help guest's requests as much as possible. Thought I do not speak French, they are always trying to hear me and to understand our needs to respond. I forgot my stuffs in my room when I left the hotel and called/emailed to them, and they were kind enough to check the room, and to keep them safely until I came back to take them back! I've never experienced this in American hotels in major cities like Paris.

Out family was bath tub people so we liked the bathroom, but if you are an enthusiastic shower loving person, the bathroom in our room was not equipped with dedicated shower room.

our stay was very comfortable and clean. lovely staff that were very friendly and helpful. All the amenities listed were provided. they spoke English and we were able to communicate with them. the location is perfect as it is not in the main area but very easy to travel there and back. the bathrooms were clean

the only thing was the plug sockets in the room as there was only one working plug in each room for international plugs however the staff were very accommodating to try and help us.

The hotel looks better on the inside. Elevator is old fashioned, but works well. Staff is extremely friendly and service-oriented. Room and beds were bigger than expected (for France). One can see the top of Eiffel tower from the street in front of the hotel. Eiffel tower is walking distance from the hotel.

Price, but all hotels in Paris are too expensive. Kitchen staff could not prepare decent hot chocolate for my kids.
