Excellent location, close to all attractions, shops, restaurants, transport. Very cultured and accommodating staff.

To pay for the hotel, the payment method was chosen - payment on the spot. But the hotel still booked the entire amount of the stay from my bank card. Arriving at the place I was asked to pay again the entire amount for accommodation. At the same time, the hotel kept the other full booked amount booked for the entire time of my stay. Also, 3 days after my departure, the booked money was still not returned to me. This is a very strange and inconvenient practice on the part of the hotel (

Great value for value,close to Arc and Champs and metro.clean and comfortable stay.Best of all lovely and very nice staff! Miguel from reception was very nice and always there to help us with our needs even accommodating us even during his lunch time! Excellent customer service. Jeremy from reception was also very good and helpful during our check-in when we arrive during the night!Jayson-kitchen staff was also very good and accommodated our breakfast request! Very friendly and has exceptional customer service!

Location There is a few corner shop and a suoermarket nearby. Eiffel Tower and arc de triomphe are convenient. You can reach them under 20mins on walk.

The lift can only allow 4 person at the same time also plus the luggages only fit in 2 person. The corridor are slightly darker than usual.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Central situated small 3 stars hotel in a quiet street, nearby eiffeltower, arc the triomph, champs-elysees, subway. Rooms are small but good enough for 2 adults and a child, every day a clean room and fresh towels. Breakfast was in a small corner by the reception, food was fine. Free coffee all day. People who worked at the hotel do their best for their customers. We had a good stay here.

Not much, only some small issues in the bathroom, drain didnt drain properly from the sink, mold on the edge of the bath.

The location of the hotel is perfect to visit Paris, close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. The hotel is equipped with all necessary services. We found in the room fresh water, a boiler and an espresso machine. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is small, but you can find all you need for a pleasant stay in Paris. finally, I appreciated very much the kindness and professionality of the staff.

The rooms and their furnitures should be renewed. However, they are dignified and the room is clean.

Wonderful little stylish hotel in a fantastic location of Paris. Varied and healthy breakfast and great attention to details (e.g. sodas and mineral and sparkling water being refilled for free every day). Service and attention was excellent (in particular by Miguel and Jason). We stayed there with a four year old and would go back anytime, highly recommended!

Room is bigger that expected, bed is comfortable. Location is also great, hotel is walking distance to two metros Kléber and George V. What made our stay wonderful are the lovely staff especially Miguel and Jason.

We had a bit of trouble on the shower as there was no knob to hold on to, just a wee bit of screw but we were able to make it work.

Location was great, breakfast was good and room size was better than I expected.

Shower was difficult to use as the stick style was inadequate for someone with thicker, longer hair. And breakfast hot options only consisted of egg variations which were of no use to me as I was allergic. The staff were good but some had more difficulty with understanding English.

-Bed needs some attention ( pillows are good but the bed its self is a but old however the mattress was comfortable) -Interior Isolation, you can hear everything in corridors and it’s actually very loud…

Excellent location, just a few blocks from Champs Elysée and Georg V -metro/subway/underground stations, Trocadero, Eiffel Tower, main shopping streets etc. Very nice staff, 24/7 service, cute, quiet and clean hotel, nice breakfast and good price!

The room and the bed were quite small for two, but if you don’t plan spending much time in the room and pop in just to sleep, it works just fine.
