Radisson Blu Hotel Champs Elysees (Pet-friendly)

Really well priced considering the location. We visited Paris with our 2 year old son, the staff and everyone at the hotel were really welcoming and made some good recommendations of things to do in the city for us as a young family. The hotel itself was relaxing compared to the hustle and bustle outside.

Some things in the room were a bit tatty and could do with updating. Few more English TV channels wouldn't have gone a miss for chilling out after a long day exploring the city with a young child. The beds weren't that comfy because the duvet cover was bigger than the duvet so they kept separating which was annoying, but that's probs just picky personal preference? 😅 Wouldn't stop us returning though!

Location is great ! The front desk is very helpful. Will be indebted to Mr.Ali - the concerige - for running around to get me a taxi while checking out - I nearly missed the train to Brussels. They do not provide buffet breakfast - but it was adequate - rooms are comfortable!

The carpet in the corridor was dirty. For the money that you pay - I felt the services / facilities could be a bit better. I guess being next to arc de trimumph and in walking distance to avenue 5 - more than makes up for the inadequacies.

Firstly the way they greeted me was very nice, they also knew it was my birthday and said happy birthday! later on the day they gave me a champagne and macaron for my birthday! Breakfast was great, you order what you want and they bring it so its not a buffet. Location is great and close to subway and Arc de troimphe view was epic!!!

its not even a deal breaker, but maybe update the look of rooms like a renovation. But apart from that I loved it!

The staff was really amazingly helpful. We had experienced one of the best dining tables in Paris on Mr Édouard’s recommandation. Also, we had an exceptional assistance and service with Ms Fatou, Mr Philippe, Mr Abdel and Mr Hugo. We fully recommend this Hotel….

Even though the bedsheets and towels were changed everyday, we have noticed that the bathrobes (never replaced) and the vacuuming were not good enough.

Great location only a block away from the Arch of Triumph, still nice and quiet street once you turn around the block. not so much traffic,parking garage option with Valet, easy breeze if you have rental car and kids to haul. staff AND CONCIERGE were extremely attentive and willing to met our needs and got us a last minute reservations to a few fine dinings.

Staff was excellent, Chris in bar was especially friendly and helpful, excellent at his job, resturant staff (dominick)were great, breakfast had good selection and was good, reception staff so helpful nothing was a problem here for the staff to provide help ie with info, printing booking of events we wanted to go on, directions best way of getting there, really fantastic all of the staff!! We will definitely come back here, and recomend to friends and familly!!

The only issue we had here is the tv, there was hardly any channels working, however they did say they were going to get it sorted in the new year,

location was perfect - room space and quality was nice, clean and comfortable with AC and windows (view was not great on the back ally) - STAFF were marvelous

toilet could be better maintained and cleaned, slightly deteriorated - slight plumping problem

Location, location. There was a mix up on our room, after much effort they did find one suitable, although we had to sacrifice our lovely view! The manager sorted it all to our satisfaction. The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved to gréât location. Photo is view from room 702 !

We stayed at this hotel 2 adults+our 4 year old son and it was perfect. Especially all staff was so helpful and kind. Even though we had checked out of the hotel two days ago to go to Disneyland, they let us use their luggage room for a couple hours and arranged our transportation. They were very helpful during a crisis moment with our son throwing up. I especially want to thank Sebastian from the front desk. Him and the rest of the staff made Radisson gain a loyal customer. The hotel is in a very good location, especially if you want to spend time on Champs-Elysee. There are taxis in front of it all the time. Rooms are large considering it is central Paris. They placed extra bed for our son before our arrival. Breakfast is very good. Wifi is free of charge and works fast. I definitely recommend this hotel to any families visiting Paris.

Rooms show some use but nothing serious.

The hotel is in perfect location, just few steps to get to the champs elysees st. Also the staff were friendly, specially Jana who works at the reception front desk, big thank to her flexibility and for letting us do early check in. The break fast was delicious.

The price was a little bit more than what I expected.
