Suites & Hotel Helzear Champs-Elysees

Mixed feelings about this hotel. They have us an earlier check in at 1pm instead of 3 which was really appreciated. Location is right off the champs elysees, Executive suite size was ok for the 4 of us. Clean, good amenities replenished daily, good bed linens/pillows, great sized bathroom. Staff is courteous and helpful. Bakery and monoprix 4 min walk.

Wifi doesn’t work at all. We asked many times but nothing changed, bathroom sink didn’t drain. Almost no light in bathroom. Room is also dark at night with very dimmed light. Lobby is non existent and area needs a fresh paint to remove the existing green/blue color.

Great location and easy access to the metro. We traveled with our parents, who are in their late 60's, along with our 5 and 8yo daughters, and everyone was easily able to walk back and forth to the metro with no issue. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculately cleaned and was the perfect size for the 6 of us. We had comfortable beds and pillows, and the shower pressure felt perfect after a long day of walking around Paris. Around the corner there is a restaurant called the "Bistrot Bassano", which had delicious Greek cuisine. We experienced professional, friendly service from the hotel staff and would highly recommend Suites & Hôtel Helzear Champs-Elysées!

Four-star hotel with seven-star services from Farid. The hotel has an excellent location and decent room sizes for central Paris. We enjoyed two nights of a traditional Parisian stay at this elegant hotel with excellent care and attention to detail. Friendly and dedicated staff who work as if they are the owners of the hotel. I read some negative reviews about the hotel and was surprised by how opposite our experience was. Two examples, a review mentioned that the elevator could only fit one person however we found it fit 4 adults. Another said that the AC was poor, we found the AC set at 18C and had to adjust it as we were freezing. Thank you to everyone at Helzear.

The room that we were given was extremely good for the value. The size of the room was much bigger than anticipated, given that we had chosen the cheapest one. We also had a surprise balcony with a little table outdoors that we were not expecting and it totally blew us away. 10/10 recommend and will go again.

We were in 5th floor New York room (I think) and our key kept not working on the door right outside of our immediate room door. We had to ask the concierge to let us into that door every night with the master key. Please check that the locks on your rooms are functional please.

Location is spectacular, close to all the major Paris city must see places. Super easy walk to everywhere and close to train station, Arc de Triumph, Champs Elysse, etc. Beds are very comfy and great for a good sleep after a great day of walking. Recommend the Family Suite for families with older kids or teens. They connect and have great privacy. For a phenomenal dinner just around the corner try Villa Sophia Restaurant. Staff is very friendly and happy to call a cab/taxi for you if needed.

Everything in this hotel is perfect, you can still feel comfortable even if you don't speak French. The staff will explain everything you should know and provide all the information regards to transportation and even suggestion for your tour. Regards to the room, we have a studio, it is a really nice room with all the facilities working nicely (e.g. the heater is always ready, and there are even a stove and water kettle.). The bed is also large enough size that I feel like can sleep more than 2 people. It is a really nice experience staying there and I will definitely choose there again if I am visiting Paris again in the future, definitely recommended.

None, everything is perfect.

Location is amazing and the staff are very accommodating. Having two bathrooms is definitely a bonus with a family of 5. If your kids are small then sleeping three along the length of the second double bed will definitely create great lasting memories! Would recommend and stay again when in Paris for sure.

The two bed apartment we had is “cosy” but big enough seeing as you don’t spend much time in the room when you’re in Paris! There is a mini bar but prices are not clearly marked so be warned. The enticing coffee machine waiting to be used is not free. All that being said it is not a deal breaker and I would stay again.

I like the location which was walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the shopping luxury stores

The first room I had was very small in which was on the ground floor. I reserved a Junior suite. The change my room the next a day to accommodate me which was very inspiring. Made my stay a lot better. Also brought me breakfast for room service.

The staff made us feel welcome and allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in, and also to have an early check in due to our arrival timing. Everything was clean and operational though it was a historic building. The windows opened with a view of the avenue beyond the railing that was reminiscent of movie scenes! Our location was easily walkable for L'Arc de Triomphe, and the Eiffel Tower and the Seine were a little further walk, as well as convenient transportation to other parts of the ciy. We enjoyed the feel of the neighborhood and felt safe. The kitchenette was available with a nearby grocery, a plus for family travel (but there was so much great food nearby we didnt use it extensively!) We had such a short stay, yet felt we were able to savor a tiny morsel of one of the greatest cities in the world!

I think some people would have a problem with the elevator being small. It didn't bother us but for some it might be noteworthy.

Great location, really nice room with kitchenette and good view. Breakfast is delivered to the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has good parking located nearby.

Breakfast could be better. I know it's continental, but it was kind of "too simple" (especially considering the price). I think cheese and maybe some meat would make it better. The shower door was broken, so the water was all across the bathroom after every shower.
