Hôtel Keppler

Perfect localisation. Very close to Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe. Immaculate staff. Tasty breakfast, although repetitive. Grocery store nearby.

Tiny room. Not sufficient for 4 persons! After changing sofa into sleeping bed for 2 our children there was hardly any space to even pass the room! Such „Junior Suite” should Not be proposed by the hotel for 4 persons, max for 2 persons. At least not for 3000+ euro for 4 nights.

Location of the hotel is great, quiet and safe also at night. The staff was helpful, kind and professional. Best restaurants around for all kind of pockets. Best shops close to the hotel.

There is no bides in the bathrooms.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Keppler. Everything was nicely presented, my room was pleasant, clean and comfortable. The staff was simply delightful and the location was accessible to everything. My work location was about a 40-minute walk away from the hotel, which was perfect to get me energized in the morning and the breakfast offered was delicious and had lots of options. I found everyone to be very kind and welcoming and I have already begun recommending it to colleagues and friends, should they find themselves in Paris. Thank you so much for making my 10-day stay a memorable one!

I really had no complaints about the hotel or the staff. My one challenge was that I could not use my blow-dry brush because it is rated to North American voltage and I could not find a voltage converter anywhere (only adapters but they don't step up the voltage from 110 to 240). If I had to make any recommendation (and this is really more a luxury than anything) it would be for the hotel to have some converters on hand for international guests.

The hotel is wonderful. It's a small boutique hotel, but it's nicely decorated. The regular rooms are on the small side, but this is typical to Paris hotels. We had a large room with a sofa for a few day when my husband was in town, and then my daughter and I moved to a regular room. The transition is brutal, the regular rooms are tiny, but still beautiful. The staff is great, very helpful. The location is good, but there is at least a 10 min walk to the first metro station. Because of that we mostly traveled by car (Bolt). Not a lot of cafes or restaurants around it, but there are a few couple blocks away, so if you want a vibrant night scene this is not the right area. We loved the quiet, though.

Regular rooms are on the smaller side. Breakfast is good, but after a couple of days we got bored (we stayed a week) and we chose to eat out.

The hotel was recently remodeled and it’s the perfect combination between modern French and cosy. Plenty of space to sit, chat and work next to the hallway. The rooms are designed great but you might want to get the larger ones. Standard rooms are quite small, ask for an upgrade if possible. The best however are the people working here: a sweet lady at the reception who will go above and beyond to get you a taxi on a rainy day, the valet always having something nice to say and the ladies serving breakfast. Get a fresh omelette, it’s just perfect! We came back after a first very pleasant stay because of the atmosphere and it was worth it. And I hope to come back soon

This is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at - impeccable staff, concierges (love Anna) and all the gentlemen concierges were all such gentlemen, loved this hotel - location, room size, cleanliness, comfortability and safety was all excellent - the staff goes above and beyond to assist you with anything and everything - we had alot of laughs - I will definitely be back and have told friends who are going in October to consider this hotel for their stay - Thank You Hotel Keppler, miss you all

Nothing I did not like

Extremely good hotel, very friendly and helpful personnel! The hotel, including the guest rooms are very clean and lovely decorated. Everyone is doing its utmost to make you feel at home and comfortable. No question asked is too much. We did not make use of the jacuzzi, hamman and swimming pool, yet they also looked very beautiful. Breakfast in the basement is a feast every morning. Lost of choices for a great start of the day. This hotel is so much better than any 5-star hotels in the area.

Can't think of anything

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The hotel is cozy and beautiful its very nicely located very close to all main attractions. The hotel is also very clean.

The beds could be more comfortable. The executive suite is not that much better than normal standard rooms so I would say paying almost double the price wasn't worth it. The breakfast also could be better as I have seen 4 star hotels with much better breakfast choices.

The rooms were very well appointed and overall the hotel was in excellent condition and very clean. Everything seemed new and was in great condition. Hotel was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff helped with transport to the airport so checking out was easy. The location is excellent - very close to the George V metro stop on the Champ-Elysees. There are lots of restaurants around and plenty of shopping. Also there is a supermarket at the end of the street for things like snacks, water and of course wine! One mistake we made was not eating breakfast at the restaurant. We walked over to a restaurant by the metro stop, and it was more expensive for less.

Complementary coffee in the morning beyond the Nespresso machine in the room would be nice.
