Very friendly staff. Well appointed courtyard was great for sitting with a drink in the afternooon, felt a long way from the hustle and bustle although was still in busy part of town.

Dishwasher in room - odd. NO BEDSIDE TABLE OR BEDSIDE LIGHT ON ONE SIDE - very regrettable!

Lovely hotel. Great location. As in there was a lot around it and a short walk brings you to lovely part of Paris. For the sights like Eiffel Tower etc you need to use metro or taxi. We walked but it was long ish walk. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were exceptional. The ambience of the garden at the hotel was really cool as well. There are number of places near hotel for food also. Hotel looked after our bags and arranged a taxi as we were going to train station late in evening.

Nothing really was lovely stay and the room we got was split in two so was really good for family with children.

It’s perfect. The location is very good, the room was quiet, the jardin was very nice, very parisien, I loved the small kitchen in the room. The staff were friendly. The price value was very good. When you fix the SPA it will be EXCELLENT. I was looking forward to use the Spa, but unfortunately it was closed. For our next trip to Paris you will be the first Hotel for us to check availability:) For us personally it was the best Hotel, the kitchen had a coffee machine which is very important for me, a kettle, a stove, a refrigerator and a microwave and a sink. I could make myself a coffee whenever I woke up (early) and sit in the private jardin where it has chairs and tables of all kinds. I gave 9 out of ten only because the Spa was not open, otherwise it would be 10 out of 10.

I like to thank Larry (manager) and his amazing team for a great time in this hotel !!! One couldn’t ask for more helpful, polite and enthusiastic staff in a hotel - every wish was dealt with promptly and with tremendous politeness. Originally I wasn’t sure about the hotel or the location BUT HAVE NOW FOUND MY NEW HOME IN PARIS and will return in future, as the location is great and the Bistro/restaurant next door adds greatly to the place. The whole experience was great

There was NOTHING I didn't like - the whole experience in the hotel was AMAZING!!! ONE FEELS WELL LOOKED AFTER - Larry, the Manager and his Team are incredibly helpful!

The hotel is very nice! Great courtyard, excellent breakfast and nice rooms...especially for Paris! The mini kitchenette was nice. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was well beyond anything we expected, a great value! I have stayed in a lot of places in Paris and even though this may not have been in the middle of everything, it was a great value and the close metro put everything within reach. Plus, we found a couple of great restaurants nearby!

Location was a bit out of the mix which was a good thing and a bad thing. Metro stop was super close so that was good.

The location is excellent. Vibrant friendly area around hotel and very close to metro station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bar was closed the whole time we were there. It would have been a nice option to relax and have a drink in the bar at the end of the day. The lift is incredibly noisy and could do with an upgrade. The bathrooms could also do with an upgrade, just a bit shabby compared the the hotel room itself.

Very nice hotel divided in several buildings, outside places to sit under umbrellas. Nice staff, nice breakfast, supermarket around the corner. Coffee/tea facilities in the room, and fridge. Amenities in the bathroom, slippers, etc. Daily towels and cleaning. Metro very close. Very close to Picasso museum. Hotel near place des Vosges, lots of restaurants and shops and beautiful park

The beds were a bit short for tall people

Everything were nice .. Khaled (Tunisian Man) the best front desk man, his way to welcoming us was the best and the reason to extend our stay at the same hotel.

The reception lady Natia , so rude, she marked your talk in a wrong way without checking, and when I asked her to check the system and she found her self wrong she changed the talk trying to find something wrong .. until her supervisor talked to her sharply to stop what she is doing.. So bad to have this type of personality in a person in front desk or customer service

Breakfast was really excellent in variety and quantity, one of the best I have ever seen. On some days there was a line to sit for breakfast, the hotel was likely at full capacity. Location is amazing. I loved the neighborhood. The personnel was very nice and helpful. My mom had to go to the ER for a minor problem and they arranged everything for us, thank you! Rooms were very clean.

The first impression of the lobby is not great. It is a bit outdated and there were lines to speak with the concierge. Once you go past the lobby, the actual buildings where the rooms are located are nicer. On the first day they gave us very nice robes, after a couple of days they took them away, not sure why. The lady cleaning the rooms seemed a bit overwhelmed.

The location of the hotel was wonderful! Very friendly and polite staff at the welcome desk, and the decoration of the hotel was very fancy and elegant. I also liked the garden and courtyard in the middle of the property, had the weather been nicer, it would have been a great place to have breakfast! I was also surprised to find a mini fridge, coffee machine, sink, and even a mini dish-washer in the room, it allowed us to spare some money in a light breakfast or a late snack!

While the reception staff were super sweet, polite and friendly, it was a bit of a shame that the cleaning crew was not so welcoming. We got angry looks and harsh responses when using the entry hall toilet (I barely made it to the hotel, couldn't wait to get to the room!) and when saying it wasn't necessary to clean our room (they knocked on our door but we hadn't left yet). It was something super small and didn't really impact the overall feeling and experience.
