Hotel Orphée - Orso Hotels

The thing I liked the most was the hamman, it was amazing. It was easily reserved and accessible, I stayed twenty minutes inside and I was super relaxing. The second thing I liked was that the location. Even though the hotel wasn't completely in the centre of Paris it was easily accessible by foot or the metro. I also loved their recommendations for restaurants and overall the staff was always helpful, from bathroom equipment to an extra bottle of water.

I do wish that the place for breakfast wasn't that cramped, it made me feel very claustrophobic which let that I didn't really eat breakfast.

Nice, clean, probably new/newly refurbished hotel with modern fixtures, bright and airy, near to a metro station, shops, cafés etc, with friendly staff. I don't eat breakfast, so can't rate it, but the breakfast room downstairs looked nice and the lobby had seating and drinks available. Since hotel prices in very central Paris have doubled since Covid and before the Olympic games next year, this was a good alternative pricewise and for location in 5th arrondissement near river, Jardin des plantes, Salpetrière hospital, Austerlitz station etc. in easy reach of all central Parisian monuments by public transport.

I was travelling solo and am quite small, so my little room was great for me for a short stay: there was a comfy double bed but a mini bathroom (shower), and no cupboard space, though there were a few coathangers in a small hanging space; so better not to be a giant and come with a lot of luggage - or get a bigger room!

The rooms r big compare to other hotel we stayed in Paris. It was clean and new. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Maybe they can provide a coffee maker/nespresso machine inside the room for guest who wants to have coffee all through out the day not just during morning. Thou you have available coffee every morning for guest but you have to get it during the breakfast buffet in the morning. It is not convenient for guest who does not avail of the Hotel breakfast

The room was beautiful with an amazing view from the balcony. It was perfectly clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Plus, the location was great, loads of bistros and shops nearby, and the metro (which can take you back to the Eurostar easily) was a short walk away. We walked down the river into the city centre every day, it was just fab. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

All the wishes were fulfilled. The stay was extremely pleasant.The room was really well prepared and on informing it as a bday trip the room was decorated with q surprise gift..as wife was pregnant everythin was really prepared as requested. Thank You

The cold breakfast buffet was small, jus bagel, buttr, jam, boiled egg on demand, two types of juices, cornflakes, some cheese and salami, milk and tea..there were plain cakes available through out the day..as feedback would have loved some more items on breakfast buffet menu..

Location is great, right near Saint-Marcel métro, 5 min walk from jardin de plantes, 20mins walk from Ile Saint Louis. Style if the hotel is lovely, really spacious rooms for Paris with very comfortable mattresses. The staff were really nice and helpful, we had an issue with the shower in our first room but we were moved straight away with no hassle.

Pillows were abit too soft/squishy

Great location, we really loved the area with restaurants, metro, bus and the residential area for Parisians. Near the Latin quarter (15-20 min walk), the rooms were clean, the breakfast relatively simple but with good Quality on everything. Staff friendly and helpfull. We really loved the place and really recommend it. Greetings from a family of four, two adults and two teenagers.

The only minus was that we didn't get rooms next to each other, which we booked in advance. And we don’t recommend the bar next to the hotell.

Great location near the M5 and M10 metro trains. It only took about 25 minutes to get to most of the major attractions in Paris. We actually walked to the Louvre once because it was only a few kilometers. There is a cafe next door called Declic that we had coffee at every morning. There are also bakeries, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and an ATM very close. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was wonderful.

The room was quite compact but comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast spread. The location was very central. It was near Norte Dame and also within walking distance to Bastille.

There was an issue with internet so there was no connection for the duration of our stay.

Great hotel, the staff were outstanding, very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area which made getting around on trains and busses very easy. The room was lovely and clean, beds comfortable and a great shower. Plenty of good places to eat locally and close to the river and within walking distance of many attractions. Overall a great hotel, would definitely stay again.
