Hotel Duminy-Vendome

Wonderful location, nicely designed, clean and quiet. The wonderfully friendly staff at the reception and also the cleaning staff. Can’t wait to come back to this cute hotel.

I wish to see more food options for room service and also more fruit & veg for breakfast

The location was excellent (between Place Vendome and the Tuileries), facilities very clean and updated, and breakfast had many tasty options. Staff person who checked us in was very good as was the breakfast staff. Nice dining options in the immediate neighborhood. Pricey, but expected for that location. Would stay again.

The room was very small and in hindsight I think we were given a standard twin when we booked/paid for a deluxe twin (which would have been more spacious). A bit of a mix up when they charged me for deposit weeks in advance, they told me card was declined when it should not have been, then when I messaged them they charged the deposit twice. No irons/ironing board in room, though they did eventually bring one when we asked (they said they were all being used at the time we first requested.)

The hotel was an excellent choice for our vacation in Paris!! When we arrived we saw a beautiful building fully renovated!! The receptionist Jiayi welcomed us and we did the check in very easily. He helped us to book all the restaurants we wanted to visit and gave us all the information we needed. He gave us an excellent costumer service he and his colleague Yassin who we met later. All the people who work there are very polite but we really appreciated the costumer service these two receptionists gave us !! Congratulations!! Location excellent , walking distance to plaza Vendôme , metro station , Louvre museum , Concorde, all the boutiques, very nice area with beautiful buildings and close to all the luxurious hotels ( ritz , Crillon , costes ) . The hotel is fully renovated, beautiful and clean building, room is modern and brand new . Breakfast was good . Next time we will visit Paris we will stay again at hotel Duminy Vendôme !!

Location. Staff (super friendly front desk), attentive staff at the breakfast lounge (kept everything in stock and clean with an eagle's eye), "cozy rooms" perfect for sleeping and recovering after a long day of exploring the city, (if the room has a shower booth-the drenching shower experience was really nice. The water pressure was high even on the higher floors.) Angelina Chocolate as a welcome gift (small things matter.) *Tiny rooms made me feel like I was visiting Tokyo. Feeling like visiting two cities in one vacation!

The first room on the ground floor had a musty water smell seeping up from the shower drain that wouldn't go away. If the room has a bathtub (we had multiple rooms) the shower experience can be a bit annoying. The shower curtain is really flimsy and keeps wrapping around you. I had to make sure the door to the bathroom was closed and the bottom blocked off with a towel to prevent ANY sort of draft from entering the bathroom.

My overall impression of the hotel is that it's a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Paris. The staff were particularly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. The rooms were also very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a successful business trip. I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which is situated in a very nice area of town with easy access to transportation and great restaurants. Overall, I would definitely recommend Hotel Duminy-Vendome to anyone travelling to Paris for business or leisure. The staff, rooms, and location all exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The staff, particularly at the front desk, was kind, understanding, and very helpful. We loved the location, a short walk from the Louvre, and with neighborhood bistros nearby. We require wheelchair accessible accommodations, and the hotel has ground-level rooms that are the most accessible we have found in Paris; although our room would not comply with US ADA standards, it was workable and quite comfortable. We appreciated the hotel and staff <3

The rooms were small but absolutely spotless as was the Hotel itself , it was very clean and fresh. My only Gripe was there was no facilities such as a bar to enjoy a drink hence why I gave it 9 score .. that said the location was absolutely Perfect and the surrounding area had loads of bars , cafes and restaurants so the lack of facility in the Hotel wasn't actually any issue for us. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough for location and cleanliness are the key points in your decision , which it was for us.

Nothing really negative to say

Everything went well and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and kitchen staff very accommodating. The night desk clerk brought me a glass of wine to enjoy before bed and included some cookies.

The hotel rates were quite high, but they were in line with the time of year, and a big weekend in Paris. It would have been nice to get a single room with a lower rate, but apparently there were none available.

I loved how clean the hotel was. It was also in a great location by the Tuileries metro station, so you have easy access to anywhere in the city. It was also close to many of the famous perfumeries and clothing stores, so you can just walk around and shop. I went to Paris for my anniversary and just asked for the best room, but the staff also gave us a small gift and note to celebrate. That personal touch really made us feel like they went above and beyond with the service.

The hotel has been newly renovated and the rooms and common spaces are really nice, welcoming, clean. It is also located in a central area of Paris, you can walk around the city and main landmarks from there.

During our 4 night stay, the fire alarm went off twice (false alarm) and the staff did not quite seem on top of the issue to reassure the guests and manage the situation. Also, the staff wrongly checked in another couple in our room which was unpleasant.
