it exceeded my expectation.. transferred to this hotel because something bad happened to where we were previously staying in Paris. love everything about the hotel staff were attentive to request, everything went smoothly upon check, concierge were very nice to help out of our large luggages, in room service was fab and fast. staff were all accomodating. location is centrally located where the shops are. flagship stores like chanel and all ❤️ would love to stay in this hotel again

i got sick on out last night and requested for a doctor to have me checked they forgot to update me that the doctor couldnt come on that day. only short notice but not a big deal just maybe they can inform me earlier next time

i like the property because of the location and Incan say that the value for money and what I paid is defintely. worth it this hotel is a prime location for shopers BESIDE CHANEL& DIOR and other brands. i love this property because I feel safe when I walk alone around the area. the staff welcoming staff especially concierge and the One who helps my luggages and shopping bags are so nice. there are a few front office staff who gives me the attitude but not a big deal at all to me. but to a hospitality point of view they should be able to deal Fairly with Guest regardless with culutural difference or race or status of guest. they should not show guest that theyre dissappointed of being asked again. example scenrario had a cab requested for dinner so the front office did not say any ff up or confirmation that the fab was confirmed so i didnt mind at first but when i made sure that she got us a cab I asked hi sorry to ask were u able to book the cab? and she gave me the face… like hello thats your job. haha.. excemption to the FO who checked me in upon arrival. that should be the standards of their persona

Great breakfast, beautiful hotel and great location! The room and bathroom were spacious for Paris standards. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall would definitely stay there again and recommend

Elevators were out of order twice in two days, so could be an issue for someone who cannot go up the stairs (but, to be fair they would fix them fairly promptly so it was not a huge issue)

The best location in the 1st district of Paris.It’s located at the back of Ritz Paris and just walking distance to all luxury shopping stores in St. Honore. The lobby is cozy and well decorated. Their breakfast buffet has the best selection and there’s a courtyard to enjoy your meal from morning to dinner. I will definitely stay at Castile Paris again in the future!!

The hotel is located in a very quiet side street (centrum). The shopping street and the sights are within walking distance. Particularly attentive and friendly staff. At check-in, check-out, the concierce, at the bar and at breakfast. Very helpful bellboys with luggage and transport. One's wishes will be read from one's eyes! Always happy - at any time many, many thanks.

The elevators take a long time. The air conditioning was great. The bathroom (loungers) is very warm. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's whining at a high level ;-)

Fantastic Location. Very quiet place during night time. Clean. Restaurant staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The room is very small and the closet is unbelievably small - almost no place to put your garments and other belongings. Toilet is separated from the bathroom. People at the reception seems bored of guests.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We always felt well served and catered for in the restaurant. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a relaxing vacation in Paris. The hotel is family friendly. Our children were very fond of the hotel and the location. The location in particular was very important to us and for that the Castille is in a prime location. It is not very far to the main attractions, especially important for children who do not want to walk far. Our kids don't care because they liked to walk around Paris. If you prefer a small hotel and in a good location and don't care much for the very large hotels, the Castille is the place for you. The hotel is not the newest, but it had its typical French charm in a partly Italian ambience. The hotel also has a very good restaurant. Our dishes tasted excellent. The menu is sufficiently stocked with dishes, but more for adults than for children. Breakfast was not overloaded, typically French and sufficient. We recommend the restaurant Flottes on the same street (Rue Combon) of the hotel. Reservations make sense, as it is well attended. Overall, we are very relaxed after the week. If there is another opportunity to stay in Paris, we would love to stay at the Castille again. The Castille is a well-situated hotel in a prime location. And if you like Chanel, you'll get your money's worth on Rue Combon! Thank you for the good service, Team Castille!

Definitely the staff. They made a difference to the place. The front desk as well as the concierge were excellent. They were always ready and eager to help and despite the many last minute changes and request that I had, they were always patient and willing to attend to my requests promptly. Top notch service.

It can get noisy if you get rooms facing Rue Cambon but if there are rooms that faces away from Rue Cambon, it could be less noisy. But for those that enjoy the hustle and bustle of Paris, this should not be an issue.
