The hotel has very different rooms, the best ones are the Executive Vendome Rooms overlooking Place Vendome

the bathrooms need refurbishment

Hotel is ideally positioned, down one of the busiest shopping districts, bed is comfy, big bathrooms, staff are always helpful and pleasant and price is extremely good value for money considering the location. Best of all, if you fancy a drink, there is a trendy bar next door and a pretty good pub across the road which stay open late.

Soundproofing has been mentioned as not great and can be confirmed, mainly through the doors into the hallway (can hear people talking) also the fact that the building only has one lift doesn't help especially after shopping trips. Safe could do with being a bit bigger to hold any valuables you happen to purchase during your stay.

The reception staff was extremely friendly and kind, and the location of the hotel couldn't have been more perfect. Such a good central location, yet extremely quiet which is great because I have small children that were asleep by 19:30 every night during our stay. We stayed in the Mansart Junior Suite, which is MASSIVE and is two floors (we were actually really surprised by this, I didn't notice it mentioned when I booked). The gorgeous view from the room was completely unexpected as well (a perfect view of Vendome). It is really hard to find hotel rooms that accommodate a family of 4 in Paris...I actually had booked another hotel in Paris, but then stumbled upon this one a few days before our trip and cancelled the other hotel to book at Hotel Mansart instead, and I am so glad I switched. Hotel Mansart was cheaper and offered a way better family room! This hotel was perfect for our family of four. We opted for the package that included breakfast, and I thought the breakfast was totally fine. Nothing particularly phenomenal, but it was absolutely sufficient and the juice is all fresh squeezed, which was a wonderful surprise.

I can't really think of anything in particular that I didn't like about the hotel! Overall our stay here was great and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

This property was very centrally located. It was clean and the staff was very helpful (front desk, cleaners)

I booked a bigger room to make our stay more comfortable but unfortunately it was on the same floor (first floor) as the breakfast. There was quite a bit of noise in the morning. Also, the toilet was separate to the bathroom. Very tiny, could hardly sit down without hitting your head or knees. No ventilation fan, had to go to the bathroom after to wash your hands. Decent breakfast!

The location is great, breakfast is nice, super comfortable bed. Everything was perfect about this hotel in the refurbished room.

Initially we were given a not refurbished room with low ceiling, horrible old bathroom and a view of the walls. It was terrible. If the room wasn’t changed I would give 1 star to this hotel. I will attach the picture of before and after. Another minus is that the towels smelled like chloride.

Very nice hotel, walking distance from almost all the must see attractions. High quality breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. As a special mention, many thanks to Francesca for the gentilness and willing to understand and help with any problem during our stay. We had a little issue with our transport, not related to the hotel and Francesca helped us even this was not at all her duty.

Stunning location, in the most glamorous part id Paris and walk to almost everything. The staff were so friendly and the room was super comfortable with lots of bedding, heaps of pillows, heated towels, beautiful views. Couldn’t ask for more!!!

Nothing, it was fantastic! I will say that it was very pricey but worth it considering the location and savings in time and transport plus the wonderful amenities

Location is great comfortable and pretty room helpful staff lots of good bistros, cafes and bars close by

Room a little small complained reading light wasn’t working on first day it was never fixed surprised we were not offered a map until we asked & it was fairly expensive

Great view from our room 404, the size of the room was great 31m Great service from Dario and the entire team whenever we needed something Many bars and restaurants around the hotel 4 different metro lines within 5-6 minutes walk Walking distance to the Opera, galerie lafayettethe, La Mare, saint germain, Champs-Élysées, Le jardin des Tuileries....

the room is too dark- not enough light shower is not comfortable and the water flow is really low the room is very nice designed but not practical at all The windows do not block outside noise at all

The Hotel is in a fabulous location, right off of Place Vendome. It's walking distance to many of the major attractions and the metro is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel itself was quiet, even with our window open.

No complaints really, the room was small for the $$ but that's Paris:)
