Friendly, professional staff, good taste in design and colours, double sink in the bathroom, the hotel location is perfect

Elevator didn't work, room was full of unnecessary furniture, it was crowded, under these furniture it was not cleaned up, tiny toilet

The location of this boutique hotel is great, with the Madeleine Metro just around the corner, and an easy walk to Place de la Concorde and the Seine. There are many quality restaurants on the doorstep and close by offering good French and ethnic food. For those with luxury tastes there is every big name French fashion house brands all around. The hotel is tastefully and thoughtfully appointed, with custom made carpetting throughout, and bathrooms with tiling done by artisans, with well chosen fixtures and fittings. All tres chic you'd have to say. On a practical level, there is excellent fast wifi, great sound-proofing (french doors open too), responsive airconditioning and a modern elevator. The old antique one remains in place, but is restricted to 'staff use only'. I did not use the breakfast room, but thought it looked quite charming with exposed stone walls.The staff were friendly and accommodating with a knowlege of the local area. One suggessted she could accompany me the the nearby pharmacie to translate for me if I wanted!

I found my room a little smaller than expected.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my son, in a double room with 2 beds. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the room, which was much bigger than I had imagined, with 2 beds, an armchair, a small sofa and a table. The cleaning was exemplary, the bathroom is chic, spacious, with an elegant shower. The music in the bathroom had its charm. The coffee maker, the safe, the minibar were very useful. And the chocolate candy every evening sweetened our evenings. The breakfast was excellent, we had a little bit of everything for all tastes. Thank you for your hospitality and I will definitely return here when I return to Paris!

The staff was friendly. Linda who worked at the desk was exceptionally helpful and answered all our questions. Perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere or take the metro. Beds were clean and comfortable. Nice size room and good lighting. Great water pressure. Room had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Laundromat was only 10 minutes away. Cafes and small grocery stores all within few minutes walking distance.

Walls were thin and you could hear the neighbor's TV but it was only for the last 2 nights of our stay.

Front desk staff were fantastic; always available and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Location was also superb. The hotel is located near some of the best restaurants the city has to offer so if you fancy some amazing French food it's only a few steps away and there's also ample takeaways for the nights you'd rather stay in. Great stay!

My hubby and I received top notch service from each of the service staff from the hotel . Even before our arrival, we already received welcome messages and asking our preferences and helping us to make reservations and providing us the recommendations. The room is very cozy and clean. We even have a special handwritten message and macarons as part of our 20 anniversary. We were greeted of our incoming and outgoing . We had a very lovely stay ! The location is perfect and safe and surrounded with a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarket! Merci !

Location is one of the best in Paris. Many places are within walking distance. Metro is just 100 m away with 3 lines. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room doesn't feel as small as on paper. Overall I'm very glad that I chose this hotel. BTW if you search for good restaurant - I would strongly recommend Flottes just 200 m from hotel.

If you wake up after 6 am it's hard to continue sleeping - metro opens up and you could hear the trains. Considering big metro network in Paris this is probably the issue for the whole city center. Wasn't big problem for me. For some weird reason staff couldn't charge my credit card during checkout. Glad that I had cash. Would be nicer if Booking charged the card for full stay, not just for the first night. Somehow they know how to do it) Also this should be done during check-in when you are not in a hurry to the airport.

The hotel is beyond description, everything is beautiful, tidy and clean, the service is more than wonderful, the cleanliness is excellent, Paris is wonderful, and the stay in this hotel made my trip to Paris successful and special .. i will come back to this hotel again definitely ! Really well situated. Lovely neighborhood filled with great shops, places to eat and two very close metro stations. The staff was all very helpful and while we had a street facing room, the room was very quite.

We had a few issues with wifi the first day and a bit that the hotel worked to fix. Less of an issue for me than my 13 year old. The room is very cosy but then that is the price for being in central Paris.
