Location, value for money

No car parking facility, small room

Breakfast was very good. Lots of options. The staff were incredible and could not do enough for us. The rooms were quite small but what you'd expect for an old building in central Paris. The location was perfect for us aas we were running the marathon and it was ideally located for the start and finish.

The bathroom did not have conditioner The room size was quite small It was quite expensive

Room was tiny but compact and clean. Compared the room size, the bathroom was nice and had space. We enjoyed the location a lot - not very touristic but still very central and cafés/restaurants/shops nearby. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Elevator is not very efficient and at the same time in the morning stairs are full of cleaning stuff. All kinds of surveys/questionnaires before/during/after the stay was quite overwhelming.

Our stay was great! The rooms are perfectly fine. we were 4 adults and 1 infant. We were comfortable and we enjoyed our short stay in the hotel! The receptionist are very accommodating and helpful with all of our questions (Especially Vanessa, Van and the other guy). Location is perfect, very accessible. We would love to stay here again.

Nothing! Everything was great!

Great location and staff was friendly. Bed very comfy and A/C kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Place was very quiet and housekeeping kept things very nicely for us.

Probably typical, but the place was quite small. That to me is a bonus, but it does mean that the elevator is one person plus a rolling suitcase. We took the stairs most of the time anyway. Toilet room is a little tight and if you're a larger person, getting in and out of the shower might be a squeeze! No issues being a tall guy tho!

ONLY GOOD RECEPTION INDONESIa guy was the one who assist with us nicely . its really amazing . even for shifting other room , he arranged everything in a minute ,because we complain our room is so small . thanks to him

I DONT LIKE TO THIS HOTEL WHEN U GOIN OUT I NTHE NIGHT THEY LOCK THE MAIN DOOR WHICH U CAN ABLE TO COME BACK AS U WANT , STAFF TELLING US HE WILL GO TO SLEEP , WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE

we got 2 connected rooms, so it was great because the rooms are very small. great location as whell as the staff and service. we didn't take the breakfast as we wanted to enjoy the many coffee shops and bakeries around. close to public transportation and main attractions

we were on the ground floor, sometimes we heard noise from the reception

- Superior room was relatively spacious for Parisian standards - Excellent location (close to metro) and walking distance to Champs and Arc de Triumph. Quiet area - Friendly staff at the reception Room had everything was that needed - Separated toilette and bathroom - Decently priced (for Paris)

- Bed was quite hard - Small hotel with limited number of rooms (boutique style) - Small breakfast area, small and old elevator, narrow hallways (typical for Paris)

Everything during they stay was superb. Easy check-in (even we arrived almost midnight from Zurich). Hotel location was close by to all areas we wanted to visit, including an asean restaurant just across. Room was clean. It was a pleasant stay.

Staff makes tou feel welcome as soon as you arrive. they were absolutely lovely. laundromat next door which is very handy.

Weird smell in the bathroom (the smell of no water in the pipes for a long time). rooms were small but it reflected exactly the description online so no surprises.
