Best Western Empire Elysees

This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff is kind and the location is perfect. For a 1-person room, the bed is quite big and very comfortable. The shower is good and spacious and the airconditioning is working well. I didn’t expected much from the breakfast since it’s standard included, but it was really good. I will definitely book again when visiting Paris.

The staff was excellent both the reception and the cleaning staff, the location was excellent, The room was excellent and very clean, the breakfast was excellent and the lady responsible was doing a huge effort.

Just we asked for a street window, they promised to put in consideration but the reception didn’t mention it when we arrived.

The location was strategic; located very close to Arc De Triomphe making it convenient to get to almost anywhere from the city centre. For anyone planning to go to Disneyland, there's a nearby metro which takes you straight there without having to switch trains. Shopping at luxury stores were a breeze as it's only a few streets away. The breakfast spread was relatively extensive - from pastries to cold cuts to pancakes. The room for three was great in terms of comfort. A bit of a tighter squeeze with multiple luggages but nothing too concerning. Toilet was spacious and clean. Lovely receptionists who were happy to answer any questions we have especially pertaining transport. They also allow guests to store luggages post check out which was very helpful. Convenience stores are scattered around the area in case of late night munchies or to grab emergency needs.

Everything was fantastic. The size of the room, politeness of staff, good selection of food for breakfast, comfortable bed. Little welcome touches of postcard on bed with sweets, a Paris city map. Room was modern with every comfort, safe, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee., tissues, Location close to CDG Etoile metro and buses, camps elysees shops, cafes, monuments. I will definitely stay here again. Two lifts so if one doesn't work.

There is a security door at front so To access hotel you have to buzz and wait for someone to open it. This is good for security but a nuisance if reception staff are momentarily absent.

Location to restaurants and attractions was great. Easy walk to catch Red Bus tours as well. Good breakfast with fridge and tea facilities in room

We were in a suite, which size was good. The standard of finish is low and the entire room has floors that slope in all directions. The shower was in the bath, which had very low head room to be able to stand up in if tall person. Some front office staff nice, others were not happy just because you buzz to get in the front door and they have to move or get off their phone.

Perfect location, we have done everything by foot. we managed to park the car in a parking near by approx. 100 meters away. very convenient the room was quiet and clean Wifi works very well we got last minute deal on the price, otherwise we would not have booked here as generally more pricy. that was an extra bonus for us !

temperature was too hot . centrally controlled, so we has asked for help to adjust it, but nothing much could be done by staff. it is October, but it was more than 20 C outside and inside the room more than 25 !! so heating was on !

Very good location, clean room, conditioner was working good. Nice wellcome gifts. Comfortable bed. Wide choise at breakfast. One of three days breakfast room was a bit crowded. Also the staff was friendly and let us store the luggage after checkout. There was an elevator, so it was no problem to get to our floor with heavy luggage.

View out of the window was to the courtyard and there was an elevator outside of the neighbouring building. If the window was opened, people from it could peek into our room :) Very heavy door of the room.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for accessing the subway & strolling along the Champs-Elysees; right near the Arc de Triomphe. The room was nicely updated & clean, with housekeeping maintaining the room regularly. There were lots of restaurants & stores nearby. We enjoyed the breakfasts, with many fresh & tasty options for food & drink.

The bathroom was tiny; akwardly so, but did have all the desired features, except counterspace. When using the hair dryer, the only place to put it down was in the sink.

It is a small hotel in the close proximity, about 3m walk, to Arc de Triomphe. From here you can wonder the streets of Paris till you drop. About 20-25min walk to Eiffel Tower. Little more than half an hour drive from both airports. Rooms are standard with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is provided.

We booked 2 rooms for our family, as there were only 2persons rooms available, and we were placed at different levels. Not a big deal, as close by rooms were not guaranteed, just a note for 2+ entourage considering the hotel.

The correspondence from this hotel was superior. When I booked it in January I asked for adjoining rooms as our daughter was traveling with us. At that time they said they would do their best and felt that they could get it done. When I arrived I mentioned it to them again, they had seen the correspondence and had it done in 5 minutes.

The breakfast is wonderful. It begins at 7. One of our tours also began at 7, so we needed to eat a bit before then. We had bought some yogurt and fruit the night before and then realized we needed spoons. My husband went downstairs to get some, where he was told the kitchen is closed and they couldn't get us a spoon. So he had to go down early to get some. Not a huge deal, but would have liked a little more cooperation.
