Doisy Etoile - Orso Hotels

As soon as I stepped into the Hotel, I felt happier and when I reached their lounge area, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders. The place was bright, airy, modern and cute. It was perfect. Places in Paris are small, but this was laid out perfectly. Hats off to the architects and interior designers. I felt at peace here. The room was modern, the bed was comfy, the shower was roomy and the general aesthetics were delightful. The sunlight that trickled into my room in the morning was heavenly. The staff greeted me with kindness and I wish I’d bought them flowers to say thank you for the loveliest stay.

I wish I didn’t have to leave! I’ll be back!!

Everything is complete. In addition to no toothbrush and toothpaste, there are other Kettle, hair dryer, coffee maker, mini refrigerator and bath products. The room is a bit small and the bed is not big, but it is very comfortable and the environment is also very quiet. It's only a 10 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The most crucial thing is the service attitude of the staff, which is really great! Extremely enthusiastic, considerate, and friendly！

The price is slightly expensive, and the elevator door is somewhat malfunctioning

Location was excellent for safety and not too far from the metro. Our triple room was comfortable, clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Antonio on reception was so helpful and friendly!

The only hotel negative for us was the limited selection for breakfast but my children are fussy eaters. Also- tourists (especially with children) going around the city, be wary of men approaching with pieces of string... they make bracelets then demand money for them and circle you until you pay. A scary experience for us.

Clean little room, comfortable bed with 2 pillows per person, good sound proofing, nice bathroom with bathtub, dog friendly (+15€), late check-out possibility (+50€), walking distance to arc de triumph and just next to a public parking garage (we paid 38€ for less than 24h, not sure if that’s the max. day rate).

The surcharges for the dog and late check-out are quite high, especially the latter with 50€ for only 2h more than the regular check out time (14:00 instead of 12:00). Be aware that there are stairs all over the place even though they have a lift. You still need to be mobile enough to walk at least some stairs to get to your room. However, we liked the hotel and it served our needs perfectly.

The service of the staff is what I was most impressed with. I’ve never been to Paris let alone Europe. Upon arriving we had the pleasure of meeting the young woman at the desk who was so patient and kind. if you ask me SERVICE is what it is all about. Keep up the good work. I will definitely refer this hotel.

Being that I am a spoiled American (LOL) the lobby was very small but then everything in Paris is small but with the most majestic architecture in the world.

Loved this hotel! The room was cute and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious (compared to most bathrooms in this price range in Paris) and... it had an actual bathtub. The decor is so pretty, and the staff are friendly. Oh and if you're into good food and coffee, I can highly recommend Inform Cafe for coffee, and Gabylou for lunch/dinner/wine. Both are within a 5min walk.

Nothing! Honestly can't fault this place.

The room was comfortable but small however this is the same for many other hotels in the city. The location is great to explore Paris on foot or use the Metro. You are just 5-10 min walk from The Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysee and the amazing shopping area with all the premium and regular brands. There are some nice cafe's and restaurants close to the hotel and supermarkets or pharmacies should they be needed. We stayed here to compete in the Paris marathon and it was a perfect hotel for this occasion being walking distance to the start and finish of the race. Overall very enjoyable and comfortable stay and friendly staff.

I liked almost everything about this hotel. I really appreciated the use of the breakfast room and coffee and tea availability throughout our stay in the hotel. The location was excellent, the breakfast superb and the rooms very attractive and clean. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful and I will definitely return.

The bed was really comfortable, although the pillows were not of a similar quality. The rooms were a little on the small side but this is to be expected in a highly populated city. The rooms could benefit from some hooks to hang coats and clothes on. These things were more than made up for by the rest of our stay.

The bed was super comfy, room very clean, good amount of space and storage. Great location. Aircon was perfect, quiet and worked well.

The bathroom light was on a timer which was a bit annoying as our bathroom door didn't shut properly so had to wait for the light to go off. Also our room didn't have bedside tables which was a bit annoying to have to keep our stuff on the floor...

We stayed in the Palm Deluxe room.The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was of decent size. There also was a balcony (small) overlooking the boulevard. There were bathropes and slippers. The staff spoke English as well. The room had airco which was good during hot summer days.

The room was quite small, luckily we did not have much luggage. I had a papercut, and the staff went looking for bandaid but they did not have in the hotel. Good thing is they did the effort afterwards to buy some in the pharmacy. Room price too expensive.
