Hidden Hotel

Loved the chic, earthy vibe of this hidden gem a few blocks away from the Arc de Triomphe! The rooms are cozy and comfortable and we immediately felt welcome by the incredible staff the moment we entered the door. Alice, Jade, Luca, Thomas, Daniel, Julian, and every other person we encountered were super friendly and accommodating, and responsive whenever we had a need or question- they all truly made us feel at home and we are deeply grateful! We will surely choose Hidden Hotel again the next time we are in Paris! ☺️💖🇫🇷

The Hidden Hotel was exceptional! We arrived to welcome gifts and personal messages which immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable for our 5 night stay. The room had a lovely vibe and a great shower with gorgeous toiletries and fluffy towels. The bed was fantastic with lovely pillows and a comfy quilt it was like sleeping in a marshmallow! We had the terrace room and this was very welcome as we could relax after a day sightseeing. I would highly recommend.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic, every single member of staff takes the time to accommodate you, and although we weren't great on the language they all spoke good English and did everything they could to help us out, myself and my wife came for our first weekend break in Paris and loved every moment, great location close to the metro, walking distance to the Eiffel tower and the arc, Although every member of staff was exceptional I have to have a special mention for Thomas, he helped me out with ideas for surprises for my wife, locations, restaurants, dress codes for them, everything, this shows how amazing the staff are as a whole, we would definitely stay again and if we are ever in Paris again, we will be back 💚

The location of the hotel was perfect being 2 minutes away from the metro line and having plenty of bars, restaurants and bakeries on the streets around it. The hotel was lovely with good sized room decorated extremely well and with nice touches to make it extra special for us travelling as a couple. All of the staff me and my partner spoke to were welcoming, polite and friendly, we felt at home with them. We only had 2 drinks in the hotel as we had meals and bars planned out during our stay but both the coffees and cocktails we had were lovely and the bartender offering to make a custom cocktail based on our favourite drinks was great. With it being my partners birthday I also asked the hotel if they could help add any personal touches to our stay and they organised flowers, rose petals and left a lovely handwritten note for my partner which she loved.

We had a 2 night stay in one of the beautiful suites and an additional night in one of the smaller rooms. The team were beyond kind, welcoming and friendly. The whole aesthetic worked really well with an emphasis on sustainability. The bed was SO comfy and spacious. The bathtub in the middle of the room was incredible and stylish. The added touch of treats for celebrating was excellent and well received. The rainforest style shower was also fabulous and the toiletries were eco and smelled delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Oh and the breakfast is fab (we’d recommend having it as room service- the perfect start to a day exploring Paris). Thank you Hidden Hotel!

The shower pressure in the smaller bedroom wasn’t great, probably because it was higher up in the building? For over €250 per night that could probably be improved but overall incredible stay.

I loved everything about this hotel, from the lovely staff to the clean rooms. The cleaners made sure the rooms were up to standard in terms of tyding up. Thank you so much. The staff were so helpful, they were very welcoming. They always had smiles on their faces, they made us feel so comfortable. I have never received service like I did in all the hotels I’ve ever stayed in, this is by far the best hotel. The staff/ manager makes you feel at home & it did become a home for the 8 days I stayed in Hidden Hotel. I’m already planning my next trip this year. Thank you Hidden Hotel staff for your kindness, love and effort that you put into to make us feel at home. See you soon.

This hotel was beautiful! It was very clean and the staff were very kind to waive extra charge for the room I originally paid for when I had to stay extra day for emergency. After work I would come back to clean towels and clean and tidy bed. The bed is extremely comfortable! The furniture textures really pleased my interest in interior design and overall had a clean look and feel to it which will make you feel relaxed! Very aesthetically pleasing!

There was no robes but they do have slippers… I took bucket of ice up and an iron with iron board all in my hands to take it up to my room. I feel like the staff could have assited me with this as not only was it heavy but a struggle or sent it to my room after I requested it.

Hotel was stunning. Sooo pretty, extremely clean, romantic and comfortable. Great location.

Rooms are EXTREMELY small. We chose a more expensive room and it was very claustrophobic. I wish this was clearly stated as it was an issue for us. I would defo not recommend staying there unless you going as a couple. It's the smallest room I've ever stayed and there is literally no private space as bathroom is in the room so it'd be very uncomfortable staying there if you are with someone who is not your significant other.

Soon as we checked in, the staff were so welcoming and lovely! Helped us with last minute adapters as we forgot ours. Also when we asked for pillows to be changed they also did this and we’re really helpful. Loved the fact that they have umbrellas on hand too. Defo recommend!

Nothing to complain about, just wish we booked a bigger room as there isn’t much walking space in the room we chose but this wasn’t a fault of the hotel!

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a city break in Paris and it was the most perfect stay. The staff were very helpful and kind, particularly Rebecca and Alinda. Our room was cozy, the right temperature and the bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was fresh, with a nice variety of choices and nothing was too much to ask. Not to mention this hotel is perfectly situated, a few minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Will certainly be returning!

There was limited space at breakfast, we sat a table that was quite close to the floor which wasn’t very comfortable. We were also blocked in by the people sat next to us, meaning we had to keep interrupting their breakfast when we went up to the buffet. We had tea facilities in our room which was great, however we had to keep calling reception to ask for fresh milk. English Breakfast tea is also not available. To note, the toilet cubicle in our room was very small, which could be quite uncomfortable at times.
