The stuff was really nice and always answered our questions.

The breakfast wasn't worth it at all. It's just some bread and coffee, not a real buffet.

I really like that it is a petite room for either solo traveller or couple. I understand that everything in Paris is very expensive, so I didn't expect much. Even tho the room is small but it provides everything I need like a small kettle (very important for people like me, need tea in both the mornings and evenings); also with an extra blanket that I didn't have to ask for explicitly. They also have 24 hours front desk, which is very nice for evening flights. (really respect the staff who do the night shift). Location wise it's very convenient, with 15. mins walk you are going to be in the city centre of surrounding by bars and restaurants. I can't complain more.

I hope that you can provide a simple slippers. other than that all good!

It’s location is ideal for everyone, especially for people in research. I’d been staying for research for a week then a day of leisured before flying out. Staff, from day 1 were friendly. Especially Dana. Special mention for her. I bungled a airport shuttle booking but she’d fixed it all up by the time I returned. She’s a star. As are her 2 colleagues who worked that week.

There’s nothing I did not like. I’m not in the 5 star category, so if that’s what you expect, check in at the usual 5 star plus places. I’m a researcher. My needs were more than adequately met by a very good, friendly 3-star location. And when I return with my family, I’ll definitely check in here. Lovely green gardens and museums nearby. Kids scooting about too. Quiet at night. It’s a lovely combination for research oriented people as well as families.

Location location. Metres from Jardin Luxembourg. We walked to all the places of interest to us. We had not yet explored this area of Paris and the history of this part of town. Close to metro and tourist attractions. Walking distances to Eiffel Tower, St. Germaine. St Michel Jardin Tuileries, Notre Dame, and Saint Chapelle. The staff were excellent, helpful, and courteous. The comfort and cleanliness of the room with sufficient space for our luggage, desk, and cupboard to hang our clothes. It had a larger shower, good quality sheets, and towels with daily servicing. A Laverie 100 meters, with some lovely restaurants, a stone throw away to explore and discover where the locals eat. The room was on the ground floor while we were offered the option of the third floor. This suited us perfectly. With double glazed windows, it was very quiet. Even though situated close to lift, kitchen, and dining area. Minimal sounds impacted our time there. .

The location was very good, museum and amazing garden for imediate and close by sightseeing experience. There is a local cafe's, a wine boutique and bread&cake shop in the same street area and selection of french cousine for dinner in the evening. The public transportation all around this area is very robust. Staff at the hotel were helpful and available 24h around the clock in the reception area. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm, tidy and quiet to sleep in.

The dimensions of the twim room were on the small size, I guess it's what it's offered in city's breaks these days when you on a budget.

The room was ok, with the inevitable view of the Tour de Montparnasse! The breakfast was ok too, except for the usual 'hotel coffee'. The hotel's location very close to the Jardins de Luxembourg is a great bonus. There are also good places to eat and/or to relax over a drink, including a tea specialist, very close to the hotel.

There was nothing serious to dislike. It's a good ***hotel, clearly meeting the expectations of its ***rank. Perhaps it could be clearer how to find one's way from the nearest Metro, St-Placide, to the hotel. The problem is the complicated street layout immediately around the Metro, not at the hotel end of the walk.

The staff here was all competent and helpful, friendly too + understood English, probably other languages too. The hotel is in a good location a few minutes walk from the Jardins du Luxembourg and the local buses at various stops can take you into the centre of the city or other areas. The nearest metro is Notre Dame des Champs+ St Placide so that gives you access to line 4 to Gare du Nord and Line 12 to Montmartre. There is really good shops on Rue Placide and Rue cherche du midi and it's only a short way to the upmarket St Germain des Pres area.

The hotel met all our expectations. The room wasn't huge but was perfectly comfortable for two people who were mainly using it to relax in the evening and sleep at night. The shower is on the smaller side, but it didn't bother us too much. The breakfast was modest, but it served its purpose. Very good location, just around the corner from Luxembourg Garden and 5-10 minute walk to metro/bus. There were also two supermarkets just around the corner. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

There could be a wider selection of food for breakfast, but for the number of days we stayed it wasn't a big deal.

The location was fantastic! The staff consisting of Dana, Gabriela, Adrian, Ian and the Lounge Gentleman and his Wife were all fantastic. They all went above and beyond, were helpful, caring and a very happy upbeat group of young people always willing to help you with anything you needed. Kudos to them and the Hotel in general. The local cafes and Patisserie were very close and excellent places to go to.

If we could have stayed much longer than a week! We liked everything about the place and have nothing negative to add.

This is a charming little hotel in a great location. The room was quiet--as I requested--with a small balcony and lots of light and windows. The staff in particular were stellar and went out of their way in assisting me with a few issues that came up, unrelated to the hotel. They were friendly and went out of their way to assist. The only thing I would have liked was a better rate...but it is Paris and the location is ideal. In times past, pre-Pandemic, rates were a wee bit better. All in all, a pleasant stay.

No complaints.
