Breakfast lovely..good selection and fresh bread and croissants and fruits

The street location with vacant shops and the dirty small street the hotel is located in weren’t nice…street needs a good cleanup!

great location, beautiful and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, friendly team.

we didn't have hot water in the shower in the mornings and the water pressure is quite low. bathrooms are very small

The location was excellent and the staff extremely helpful both during our visit and before we came. Terrific restaurants were recommended and the concierge found where we could get Covid tests nearby. He was also great at getting tickets for us--just what you hope a concierge will do. Breakfast also good.

My husband would have enjoyed an exercise room but it was no big deal and more than made up for by the comfortable room, great view from our little balcony and real room service--our first since Covid started.w

I like the position and friendly stuff

we asked for two single beds,it didn’t happen, we asked again,they promised,for next day.it didn’t happen.

we like the décor, lighting, the view from the balcony. Location of the room, was quite. Nice reception and lobby areas.

the toilet was located in the bedroom and separate from the bathroom. No shelves in the shower for toiletries. Housekeeping services were short on compliance. We had requested a 3:45am wake up call on the morning of our departure to taxi to the airport, sadly the desk clerk neglected to make that call. Although we had verified that request repeatedly he denied that the request was in the system. Otherwise everything was fine.

Good values in an excellent location just across from St Germain du Pres. Did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on food or food service. Many, many food options very close by. Room was very nice: size was perfectly fine, fully upholstered walls lent a quiet air to the space. Heat AND AC worked beautifully (needed AC in some of the wet, sticky December days that weren’t actually cold). So many European hotels have challenging AC! Would definitely stay here again, but would make sure I had a view other than the window well!

The fairly typical tub/shower leaked onto the floor—but once you figured a workaround it was fine.

this is the 3rd time we have stayed at Madison and will do so again. the staff are always very helpful and friendly, rooms are always nice and clean with very comfortable beds. Location is very good along the Saint Germaine blvd and very near the Metro.

the only down side and this is minimal for me is we couldn't connect our device to the TV as the TV wasn't connected to the internet network.

Perfect location. Very close to bars, bistros, restaurants and shops. If you enjoy walking it is within walking distance to all major attractions (40 minutes to Eiffel Tower or Champs-Elysees). Friendly staff who were helpful in making recommendations where to eat and visit. Room very clean with excellent facilities. Breakfast and room service excellent.

Room was nice; loved the twinkly lights in the ceiling. .

The breakfast was surprisingly mediocre and prevented a higher rating. We’d stay at the Madison again but would not take breakfast. Croissants were subpar. Not worth getting this breakfast especially in a neighborhood with so many great cafes

The location is excellent, with a metro and bus station nearby, lots of trendy bars and cafes, walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame, and not far from the Le Pommache department store, making it really convenient.

We stayed in a triple room, but there were only 2 matching mugs and mouthwash cups, I hope the housing department will read the check-in information carefully and prepare the matching supplies.
