La Perle

Ideal location in the centre, a lot of restaurants nearby. Also, very friendly staff and no fee for a dog. French styled rooms with a bath were very romantic. The room was small, but had everything- comfortable very soft beds, wardrobe, mini bar and a working zone.

The place definitely needs major dry cleaning - carpets and curtains are too dusty.

What can I say, the hotel was really, really good. friendly staff, with a smile and politeness. Very comfortable bed, hot water and great water pressure. The room never got cold and the thermostat worked really well, so we controlled the temperature exactly as we needed. the towels were fresh, big and fluffy. The hairdryer was great. The location amazing. The ambience at the breakfast relaxing and the decor fantastic. I would 100% recommend this little gem! I will definitely stay there next time I’m in Paris.

Room could have done with an extra clean, hoover the carpet and the bathroom (hairs in bath and at sink). Overall though a great hotel!

The location is awesome, very close to metro, walkable to so many great sites from Luxembourg Gardens to Notre Dame, Orsay, Cluney, etc. but my favorite was just the 2-3 square blocks it is located in. So many cafes, restaurants, right out of the door and people on the streets living life! It is steps to Saint Sulpice, gorgeous cathedral and square. So easy to find a fabulous place to eat at any time. LOVED the location!

Small rooms. Slow hot water.

The location was great, very close to the metro station and on a nice street with bars and restaurants. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was the comfiest I’ve slept in at a hotel! The waterfall shower had good water pressure. There was a well stocked complimentary mini fridge. The outdoor terrace and bar area was really lovely to relax with a drink before dinner.

My only criticism is the number of plug outlets in the room. There were only two in my room, underneath the tv so not near a mirror for doing my hair or near the bed for charging my phone at night time.

Several friends had highly recoommended La Perle - and I completely agree. La Perle is a gem. I have stayed in various Paris hotels in the past 30 years, and as a 3-star hotel, La Perle is tops. Highest marks for your linens! The bed linens are terrific and your towels are a wonderful quality: thick & very large in size, especially the bath towels. I especially appreciate the quality of breakfast. Excellent food selections and charming setting in the courtyard scene.

I had Room #39 - my recommendation is to add 2 hooks in the bathroom. Other than the towel rack, there was no hook for used towels. At least 1 hook on the right side of the sink would be very helpful. I used the hooks on the back of the front door for the large bath towels. Once the windows were closed, the sound was very quiet at night. However, I sleep with open windows and because it was a 3-day holiday the nightlife action in the bars was quite loud until 5am on 21/5/2023! Luckily, I can sleep through any exterior commotion.

Location. Staffs were excellent especially front desk.

This hotel was such a gem, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing, the rooms were well appointed, and it truly felt like our home away from home. Breakfast was charming and the attendant was so accommodating. The area surrounding the hotel is full of creperies, cafes, shops, and a market that you can reach by a short walk. And nothing felt better than coming back to our air conditioned room after a hot day exploring Paris. I am so glad we found La Perle…it was very family friendly and I highly recommend.

Location was wonderful and provided for an authentic Paris vacation. Close to the metro, cute restaurants, bistros, shopping etc. The street had a busy night life which was fun to experience but we also appreciated that with the windows closed, it blocked out any noise so we could sleep. Hotel was clean, quaint and everyone was very nice. We knew our room would be small considering we were in Paris but it was much more comfortable than we expected. Would definitely recommend.
