Hôtel Augustin - Astotel

This hotel has an excellent location in a relatively quiet neighborhood. We could sleep with our window open at night and were not disturbed by any traffic noise. The room was spotlessly clean, particularly the bathroom. Granted, we did not pay for an "upgraded" room so our room was on the smaller side but we fit into it well! No complaints from either me or my friend. The staff was so super friendly and helpful. Ariel, who runs the breakfast room, went out of his way for us every single day and was always very cheerful. I will stay here again on my next visit to Paris!

There isn't one thing about this hotel that could be better. I made an excellent choice!

the room was good for us (2 adults & 1 toddler), big enough with the needed facilities in it. the staff is super friendly and helpful. breakfast & open bar are fine. open bar is a cool thing to have in hotel. location is relatively good, if you don't mind walking to st. lazar station you have all the metro/bus lines you need.

room: we received twin bed while we were promised to have double bed. also, the bathroom was next to a place were some technician came to check something in front of the window - we could not go to toilet or take a shower during that time. the hotel also made some renovations at the entrance to the dining room, during our stay, so it impacted as well.

The hotel's location is great, easy to get from CDG airport to the hotel through public transport, Upon arrival the front desk manager greeted us so well that it was an amazing start for us! We had requested for a room on as uppermost floor as possible and it was indeed provided! We reached the hotel around 1pm and were literally welcomed to check-in early. The staff at this hotel was the most amazing staff we have ever come across in our life - they are beyond the highest level of expectations. Mini bar in the room is free and refilled every day which is awesome thing. The room was immaculately clean and very vibrant - loved it! We had the superior room so the view from the balcony was nice as well. Before stepping out to explore beautiful Paris on our day1, we quickly grabbed some snacks and drinks which are served from 2pm to 2 am every day in the breakfast area. Location wise it's amazing too, you can get to the bus stop in just under 5mins and can go to Basilica, Eiffel tower, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre Museum, Champ Elysse through bus easily. Also the local metro station is quite near if you're travelling through that. Breakfast was pretty nice too, we're vegetarians (no egg and fish as well) though so didn't expect a lot in Paris so bread and butter, with some salads and veggies and three types of fresh juices, plus milk and corn flakes always works so happy with the breakfast overall. Non vegetarians of course had a few more options as well. This hotel is One Thousand Percent recommended and we would definitely return to them whenever we're going Paris again.

There is nothing that can be disliked.. we loved our stay at this hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Augustin from 25 Dec to 1 Jan. The property has a great location. You can walk down to Saint-Augustin station (3-4 mins walk) which directly connects you to Eiffel tower. Additionally, Champs- Elysee area is walking distance. Another great benefit to this property is that they offer a free minibar and free snacks from 2pm-2am. As for the room and bathroom, they are clean and the size is decent. There is a lift in the property and a hair dryer in every room. The staff is very courteous, you can reach out to them for suggestions, they are available 24*7. Special shout out to Claudia, Reuben and Odevie, they were of great help and lovely to talk to!

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was lovely, though a bit more variety would be appreciated. The snacks were delicious! The location was perfect, right near the metro station and pretty close to the Arc de Triomphe.

The room was very noisy, you could perfectly hear the alarm clock from the people in the rooms around you.

well positioned near a metro station and not far from Gare St. Lazare, but in a side street with little traffic. Very very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Super-happy about the idea of offering free food and beverages all day long, and drinks for free in the room. The bed was comfortable, so the shower, windows conveniently cut-off the (little) street noise

my room was really a bit too tiny for a double room. I'm not complaining about the bed which was OK, but it left little or no space around, and there was no space to put a bag. I think this double room would be good for a single bed. I suggest chosing a twin room, which was a bit more spacious

A charming child-friendly place. The staff are so kind, the location is super convenient: very central, at one kilometer max from all the main squares of Paris, very close to metro lines 9 and 13 and of course to the Saint Lazare station so you can reach any destination in 10-15 minutes max. Breakfast was quite varied and nice, the free snacks in the afternoon and free mini bar were a delight for the kids:)

I liked the location and facility in the room .Good view and the free bar is open for customer .the house keeping is fatastic they fill the beverage and keep clean everyday . If compare with 3 hotels in Paris I like this One : ) The best for me If I be back to Paris I will choose you again .

All hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was included in the room price and was wonderful and well presented (buffet style). Afternoon snacks and drinks are available for free which is a lovely touch. The location of the hotel is ideal - within walking distance to so many of Paris’s main attractions and the river. Many restaurants and cafes in the area too. Loved it and we will definitely be back.

Although the room was very clean, tidy and all facilities provided for, it was a little on the small side and felt very cramped (room 402). The bathroom however was lovely with an excellent shower.

Everything was amazing! The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood and the metro station is really close. The staff was the kindest and they helped us with all our requests. We arrived a lot earlier than the indicated check-in but they kept all our luggage without complaint. The room has a minibar with refreshments, all for free, and the hotel was serving free snacks and drinks all afternoon. The breakfast was not included in the price but with only 10EUR we ate a delicious breakfast. Totally recommend it without a second thought. The highlight for me was one girl of the personnel, named Claudia, which was the sweetest and kind person we met!!!!

Nothing at all. I just hope on my next visit to get a room with a balcony! It is not a complaint, just a desire!!
