The location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Free coffee, hot chocolate and water was very useful. The beds were comfortable. The waterfall shower was excellent.

Lighting could have been better as it was difficult to apply makeup. The lift was laughably tiny but as we were on the 3rd floor the steps were fine. Overall, these are small points that didn’t detract from our experience but I suppose could be an issue for some.

The location is amazing, the best area in Paris in my opinion. Even though the room isn't very big, the layout was so good that it was really comfortable and cozy. In general, the hotel is very clean and beautiful in the interior. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite, especially the receptionist who was there for our check in and check out, and Gessa who was there the other three days. I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was quite simple for 12 euros, but tasty. Also, there was a blockage of an amount for the pre-approval of my credit card. Unfortunately, the amount wasn't unblocked immediately, and I couldn't use it during my trip, which was a bit discomforting.

Very good and central location, close to the metro station and to the Opera Garnier and the Galeries Lafayette. Clean room and fast Wifi provided in the room rate. The staff were really friendly and accommodating.

There was no iron in the room and the toiletries provided were minimal which is a minus. Also it would have been nice if the towels and tea and coffee was replaced once finished in the room.

Nice small hotel in a VERY good location, metro stop super close, Lafayette and Opera closeby. Could get quickly everywhere. Beds were very comfy and room nice, bit simple but with beautiful french balcony. A bit dark perhaps around big mirror. Bathroom nice and clean. Cozy cute hotel! Staff is EXCELLENT, the admins: guy from Philippines and her coworker from same days: i Thank You for everything, the taxi ride to Versailles went great and all good, wasnt overcharged and got there early! Thank you for helping me & for being friendly and kind! All the best to you both!

Lively city street can be a bit noisy at night, but it didnt bother sleeping luckily! Btw there is a bar Chouchou right across from the hotel, from Mon-wed they luckily close 23:00 but on weekends they are open late..More quiet rooms probs on the courtyard side. Lift is small so dont be surprised, it works nicely and will fit you with good planning! All in all i liked everything in this hotel these are not negatives!

The hotel is great. The location was amazing due to being very close to my meetings in the city. Additionally, lots of sights and malls are in walking distance so it is also a great location for tourism (Louvre 10-15 min. walking). The rooms were small but equipped (hairdryer, etc.), clean and with a comfortable and quite large bed. I was also surprised by the insolation of the room walls to other guests where I barely heard any noise. The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times and I especially appreciate and personally thank Dominiques advice regarding restaurant recommendations. All were top choices. Breakfast was limited but had the necessary. I would have appreciated a bit of fruit accompanying the rest of the breakfast buffet. Overall it was very good. I can definitely recommend it for short term stays.

The hotel is quite "compact" to call it that way. Large luggage might be an issue getting to and from the room due to the extremely small elevator (normal sized bags and hand luggage is no issue). The bathroom was also a bit on the smaller side which can lead to a small problem if you are of tall stature (like me).

My room was very small. ok for a single traveler. Bar across the street had loud noise every night past 1 am!…. The elevator is ridiculously small. It may fit 1 person maximum, if they are thin enough!! Stairs are circular and not well lit.

Modern cute room in the heart of Paris close to metro and buses and next to Palais Garnier. Amazing staff always friendly and helping. Views of a nice street with very good isolation as there is a bar or restaurant across the street which gets very busy at night. You couldn't hear a noise from the street, from the hallway a little bit but that's understandable. Breakfast was delicious.

Nothing, but keep in mind that the elevator is really small. Literally the smallest elevator I have seen in my life. Everytime we took it my girlfriend and I laughed so hard. We had a good time taking it.

The location was really good - walking distance to quite a lot of the main attractions in Paris. The staff in the hotel was super friendly and helpful. Cozy place, nice design. And a trendy vegan lunch place just next door!

The room was smaller than I thought and bathroom was a bit smelly - but not a biggie. There is not much of sound isolation and you could hear people from other rooms and in the corridor as there were in your room - not ideal if you like to sleep longer, but not a biggie for early birds.

We were very lucky to be booked into a room with a little outside area, which was nice. The room was simple but well laid out and the bed was wonderful. Quite possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

The curtains didn’t close completely and there was a small hole in the duvet cover, which looked somewhat like a cigarette burn. It was useful to have a lift but it was the smallest lift I’ve ever been in which may be an issue for some. You can of course take the stairs. There was no milk for coffee.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing! The one girl at the desk that had glasses was so informative and so lovely she made the stay extra special. The hotel was so nice & the bed was super comfortable! Absolute great location & you could bring free bottles of water and cups of coffee etc. up to the room which was a lovely touch.

The only thing we would have preferred if the room was a little quieter but that’s literally the only complaint!! Everything else was perfect.
