Awesome location near Opera, super easy to get around on public transport with multiple lines from the subway and buses nearby too. Easy to get to from the airport. Staff were really friendly, would chat about how I was enjoying my stay and willing to answer any questions I had. The room was clean, small but not cramped, had a place for my suitcase and the bathroom was clean and not too cramped.

Great to have a lift, especially for suitcases, however it did break down more than once during my stay. I was only on the second floor so not too bad for me but could have been a problem for guests on upper levels. Would have been handy having a mini fridge in the room.

By Paris standards the room was large enough. The location is very good! The staff were very friendly. I left my lugguage there after checkout and then when I retured later I was offered a place at the lobby to rest and freshen up (it was air conditioned which was great).

The room is very old. The door casing has partially come off and the door closing mechanism didn't work. The barthroom had an old "jacuzzi" bathtub which looked it was from the 70s. To be fair, the mattress was good and the room was clean - it just looked really old and dated.

i loved it here!! for a solo traveler, this hotel was perfect. i walked to the lounge museum, (just 15 min) and the location is perfect!! the bed is a little small but it’s comfy. if you’re taller than 5’7” your feet will be hanging off. but otherwise the room was clean and perfect. you won’t be inside a lot anyway. the metro entrance is 500 ft from the door, so you can be at the end fell tower in a 12 min metro ride. i love loved loved this hotel and it wasn’t a fortune. would legit come back and stay here again. oh and go to le minet galard, a really spectacular restaurant just two block away. i love french food and this was great. the tuna tartare was amazing and the escargot too.

Location was really good. Near busses and train stations. Electric bikes and scooters were nearby as well. Very clean and staff were most helpful. An example was when i accidentally purchased a bottle of red wine with a cork instead of a screw top. The man on the desk searched everywhere for a corkscrew for me and he was successful. Thank you once again.

There was no shower, only a bath. (Although in a way I did get used to the bath and it was nice)

Location very central, and room overlooking the Boulevard des Italiens, but still quiet when windows closed (in summer, when heat requires to open the windows, I think it would be better to choose a room on the inner court rather than on the street). Quite spacious by parisien standards, bathroom very "70s", but clean (new white joints, clean paintings, etc). Room style much more modern, though nothing fancy, bed comfortable, enough space to move around, one desk + armchair for writing / working. All good. Nice breakfast lounge with comfy chairs, etc (though we did not try the breakfats)

the lift starts only from the first floor upwards, so one must carry the luggage from the street to the first floor : beware. Not accessible for disabled persons for the same reason. It was not a problem for us as we are still young and had only small lugage, but can be a problem to watch out. No safe in our room, no kettle / tea / water. Nothing dramatically negative, if you are not disabled.

- Absolutely perfect location, only 3 minutes walk to Place de l'Opéra, which is usually the starting point for many Paris attractions. 5 minute walk to Galeries Lafayette, 15 minute walk to Louvre Museum. Leon du Bruxelles is just next door. - Rooms were large compared to similar hotels in France and Europe, we had no problems putting our stuff. Our room faced the backyard so it was quiet at night. - Staff is very helpful and kind. - Left luggage are kept securely and delivered back with tickets so we felt safe putting them there.

- Only one plug socket in the room and it is near the dresser. - It has just a bathtub with no glass panels and nothing to hold the shower head. - The reception is on the first floor so you have to walk the stairs first.

Room was very cosy and with nice views. Also the bed was crazy comfy!

The staff was very helpfull. Tha location was great. It is very close to everywhere. You dont need to use metro, can reach easily by walking. The cleanliness of the hotel is completely is good. Thank you for your hospitality. I really recommend to the families which have small children to be able to come over the hotel during the day.

Me and my friend went on our first trip alone and stayed in this hotel. The staff were amazing especially Magid, he was more than helpful and very polite. My friend hurt her leg throughout our stay on the metro (not in the hotel) which Magid was more than happy to help in any way he could. Couldn’t recommend this enough. Great location too. View was on point, we were lucky enough to have the Eiffel Tower in our sights.

Maybe the showers being in a higher stand, very difficult to shower. Bath was easy to use though.
