La Maison Favart

The location is really good. The staff was very kind and willing to give advice and to help answer questions. The room was cute, with a balcony, very nice to let some fresh air come inside the room, though our view was a wall, a bit weird. The mini spa was great to have an hour (due to covid) of wellness. We walked from Gare du Nord to the hotel, a lovely 25 min walk. I recommend La Maison Favart!

We didn't have breakfast as it was far too expensive for what they offered for €24 euros. The location allowed us to walk a bit and have a fantastic breakfast for less than half. For New Year's Eve I was hoping for 'something' organized by the hotel, at least the possibility to have a drink or else, but not.

Very very nice staff, best i have ever met. Always smiling and ready to help! Very cozy free spa - with automatic massage bed and pool. So cool to get there after having walked 20000 steps. Nice small breakfast.

Take rooms with opera view because others are almost without windows and too tiny. Sometimes boys are playing football in front of opera comique stairs.

A wonderful stay in Paris and we booked this hotel which proved a perfect base for getting to the tourist attractions. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the room was lovely. The reception area with tea, coffee and cake was a lovely touch and a well stocked honesty bar should we have wished to use it was for guests to use

The pool was a little cool but that’s all I can think of to mention.

This is a beautiful hotel, which depicts French boutique. The staff are wonderfully welcoming and go above and beyond to help. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff add some gorgeous little touches to your stay, like cookies on your pillow and a welcome card on arrival.

The eating area is a little small, meaning we were separated at breakfast on occasions and we did miss having a bar area for an afternoon coffee or evening drink.

A very warm friendly welcome, the staff took time to make our holiday enjoyable in every way. always there in the background to attend to our every need. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean, large, airy and comfortable with a beautifully appointed bathroom ( shower only) and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was to die for and we spent most of the morning enjoying delicious coffee, several varieties of bread, confiture ( jam) and various meats… we didn’t try the pool, Sauna or massage bed located in the cellar but it all looked wonderful so maybe next time? they even took on my husbands mission to surprise me with a sapphire ring in celebration of our 45th wedding anniversary… Just the most wonderful stay… try it, you won’t regret it! The location is excellent, two main metro stations within a 5 minute radius, great shopping nearby as well as interesting quirky arcades and alleys. Great restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well. Despite its central location, the hotel is located at a quiet square, so one could keep the window open at night. The hotel itself has nice common areas, we didn´t have breakfast but it looked fine. There is a small spa in the basement. The staff were very friendly.

The sauna didn´t work. The TV didn´t work one evening (apparently this applied to more rooms that night) but was fixed the day after. There is rattling/noise from the door, when other doors/rooms on the same floor are opened - I see this has been commented on by other guests in the past. It is somewhat annoying. We were on the 1st floor, which is really a mezzanine floor, with very low ceilings (approx 2 metres!).

Location is great. It takes 10 minutes to get to the Opera and about 15 to the Louvre by foot. We spent a lot of time in Jardin des Tuileries and du Palais Royal because they're close. Breakfast was good, but given that we stayed for a week, we missed some variety (switching the vegetables and desserts every couple of days would have been nice). The staff is very helpful and the view that we had from our room was great. It's a rather quiet neighborhood, which was probably our favorite aspect.

The hotel location was perfect for visiting. It is beautifully decorated and clean. The staff were fabulous, friendly and were really helpful. The concierge was brilliant in arranging a visit to Versailles. The rooms are impeccable and have a very well stocked mini bar and a great coffee machine. There is an honesty bar in the evenings and complementary cake in the afternoons. The breakfasts are marvellous and you are always greeted with a smile from the staff. This is a fabulous hotel and we will definitely come back!

The hotel was very classy. The concierges were very helpful and exceptionally polite. All the staff were very good. The rooms, although a bit small, were quite spacious for Paris, with fantastic showers. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast was good. I thought the pastries could be a little more French but overall the quality was very good. The location, although marred a little by building work on the Opera Comique opposite, was very quiet, and with good access to buses and the Metro. The restaurant recommendations from the hotel were excellent, although not particularly cheap. However this is typically Parisien, good food and service at a price is the norm. There were plenty of cafes bars and ethnic restaurants nearby which would be cheaper. If you are after quiet, quality, high class accommodation then this is perfect. We will be back.

In the hotel, nothing. In general Parisians, especially the taxi drivers, can be very rude. If they are just don't tip.

The breakfast was nice. A little over priced As soon as we arrived at the hotel I developed a blood clot My daughter injured her knee. Boris got me in the door then walked my daughter to get a wheelchair. He was a godsend the entire time. The next day, Boris arranged to get me to the American Hospital. He may have saved my life. Everyone at the hotel were aware I needed help and were so kind 😘😘❤️🙏

The air conditioning was not very cool, but I realize that is true in most of Europe. S
