Citadines Opéra Paris

Excellent location. Every single tourist point was just a walking distance away. Beautiful coffee shop with mouth watering and extremely delicious French desserts is right across the street. Highly recommend from location Point of you. Space was clean and fully furnished and bigger size as compared to other places in paris. Only thing I would have preferred is the price range. I still think given the location and amneties it still wasnot worth 305 euros per night. I paid 832 euros plus 17 something for city tax for three nights. In summary if you can find something in same location and similar size go for it otherwise citadine apartments will be an excellent choice.

Very good location close to métro station, supermarket, and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and it's good that the Reception is open 24 hours and they can keep your luggage before check-in or after checkout. The room was as expected, quite spacious, and with a kitchenette. The kitchen equipment was quite basic, but I managed to do all the cooking I wanted. I had asked for a quiet room facing the inner courtyard and it was very quiet indeed. There were plenty of pillows to choose from for a good night sleep and the bed was comfortable.

There wasn't much I disliked, but if I had to pick something I'd say that the room was too hot (because of the unusually warm weather) and I didn't manage to cool it down with the thermostat and because I didn't want to turn on the aircon in April, I slept with the window open, which was OK with a courtyard-facing room.

Location is super, close to Opéra, the great boulevards, the Louvre and all other main sights in Paris, and a short walk from relatives that we visit a few times each year. Why we are regulars at Citadines Opera, and not any other of the many hotels in this area, is because they have a very convenient parking facility, and because the rooms/studios are clean, large, very well equiped with kitchenette, free coffee and tea in the lobby. But even more so all of their front desk staff are alway friendly, helpful and efficient. At all the times that we were there i cannot remember one single bad experience. It's not the very cheapest place but high value for the money.

room temperature control was not possible. tried to cool down but it didn’t work.

Room was surprisingly big, had everything we needed and more. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it seemed very well equipped

Sofa bed wasn’t ready for sleep, felt like the room wasn’t prepared specially for us.

This was probably our favourite accommodation our of our whole 4 week European trip. Massive room, excellent location, very friendly staff. The free coffee machine downstairs was amazing as was the cold filtered water machine. We would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning wasn't working in the main area on the first night so our kids slept a little hot but reception did come up and try to fix it, with no luck. They had their maintenance man come the next morning to sort it while we were out, so we came back in the afternoon to a wonderfully chilled room.

The premises were very nice and convenient (underground parking lot, laundry room, appartment like suite, etc). For quiet room, ask for a room/ suite with court or patio view vs. street view, especially for lower floors. The staff we had at check in was very service oriented and accommodating. Thank you for that. Staff for check out was ok.

The breakfast room is nice but small. The breakfast buffet was very basic for a 18 euro fare. The coffee from the coffee machine was horrendous. But they are plenty of other places to go to for breakfast (seat in or take out) within a max 200m (650 ft) radius from the hotel as well as filter coffee machine and kettle in the suites.

Paying a premium for AC it would have been better if it was a bit cooler. But better than nothing. Website is a little tricky in terms of what room you can expect. There are two types of executive suites. One with an upstairs and one all in one floor. We would have booked the latter for all week had we known it was an option

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, no daily house keeping but clean towels and toilet paper was made readily available. Water refill fountain and a coffee machine in the lobby. Bed was comfortable. Location of the hotel is situated right next to train station on line 8 Ricue. A small gym on the basement floor.

A bigger rubbish bin. Toilet not in with the bathroom and the small sink in the toilet, the water would spray out quite quickly.
