The hotel manager, an Italian gentleman from Venice, was simply perfect. He made every effort possible to make our stay exceptional, while being very kind and careful to ask the right questions. A real pleasure. It is unfortunate that this manager will move on to another position, but the good news is that a French gentleman equally well prepared will take his place. I have all reasons to expect the same excellent level of intelligence, carefulness and care from him.

Everything was perfect, although one of the hotel staff members at reception was a bit rude twice and for no reason to both me and my wife. I guess that attitude of "don't bother me with your stupid questions" is the standard Parisian welcome!

Amazing location, close to the metro and the lots of places to eat. Close to the Opera and the famous Gallery Lafayette store and shopping. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and we especially enjoyed chatting to the manager of the hotel every morning. The rooms were just wonderful and quiet. We booked the family connecting rooms and couldn’t have been happier. A double for us and two single beds for the boys. The beds were super comfy and we all had slippers and dressing gowns too, such a treat. We asked for a late check out as our son was a little unwell and the staff were really accommodating and kind. When we go back to Paris we know where to stay!

Room service wasn’t available on the evening we ordered some drinks. It wasn’t any trouble as we went down to collect them.

The room was spacious for Paris and the hotel very well situated on a quiet street. The room and bathroom were very clean and were serviced every day. I also liked the fact that they provided body lotion, shower caps and towelling robes and slippers - making our stay comfortable. Hotel was also very responsive prior to our stay with queries etc. There are loads of restaurants and bars nearby and it was also a good location to walk to other areas. We walked everywhere

These are minor gripes. I didn't feel there was much to the bar area and personally I would have preferred a kettle to a coffee machine I couldn't work :) I thought it was expensive (for us it worked out just over £200 p.n) for what it actually was but it's Paris in September in a central location so it is what it is.

To explain we had a very big issue due to the air traffic controllers strike which nearly stopped the whole event! Thankfully the staff at the hotel were absolutely fabulous and ensured we felt safe enough to send our girls on ahead with the knowledge that they would be greeted well and would feel safe for their late arrival. nothing was too much trouble wonderful team. Mohamed and Michael specifically helped the girls.

it’s a city break so it’s noisy not so much at night but during the day it wasn’t possible to keep a window open. not that we were there in the day time!! hard to criticise in all honesty.

The hotel was in a prime location and not too far from the concert I was attending. Plus it was within walking distance to the shopping centre. The metro was also very accessible. The bed was very comfortable, surprisingly I had a good nights sleep.

The only feedback is to be more responsive to faults reported. We had a problem with one of the bed lamp that wouldn't turn off. Reported to reception but I don't believe anyone came to look at it. I had to take out the key from the socket that controls the light before going to bed.

A very nice hotel in an excellent location for transport, Louvre, shopping etc. We were a bit put off by the entrance to the hotel, which is. just a corridor leading to a lift which takes you to reception on the first floor. However, once there it is like a conventional hotel - very well decorated and furnished to a very good standard. The room was good size and extremely comfortable. The staff were excellent. Really friendly, all spoke English - exceptional service. They couldn't have been more helpful.

The reception and staff were very nice and helpful.

I made a one-week reservation. However, I did not stay the last two days,I had to leave the hotel early in the morning on December 31 due to my wife's illness. the monetary cost of the two days I did not stay was taken by me. At least for the two paid days, I ask that no fee be charged during my next stay. (i should mention that the two-day price I paid was a high monetary amount due to Christmas. )

Location is very central, so it is easy to walk around. Also well connected to the public transport. Staff is super helpful. We were a group of 5 and they made sure to accommodate all of us. Good value for the money, Comfortable and clean rooms for Parisen standards :) As we had few rooms, some of them were smaller but still comfortable for 2 people and decent size bathroom. Rooms were clean and juliette balcony was also nice.

Great location. Air Conditioning worked very well, which was important during a heatwave. Large bed was great for 2 people. Happy that room had USB and U.S. electric outlets.

Staff member was not aware of the U.S. electrical outlet option within the room so we had to purchase and return an adapter once we discovered there was a compatible outlet in the room. Perhaps make all staff aware of the amenities in the rooms.

The staff were great! Helped with everything and anything. Made up for our poor/lack of French by conversing in English. Made a special weekend go off without an issue. Couldn’t ask for more from the staff

Paris will always be over expensive. The rooms will never live up to the price which is a shame. Lack of a real bar if I wanted to be picky but there’s everything on the doorstep to the hotel anyway
