Pavillon de Montmartre

The hotel was in a fantastic location for sightseeing, restaurants and between 2 metros. The area felt safe at all times of the day. The staff were extremely helpful when finding another room for us when we had to stay another night due to the general strike. Really good value for the location.

The rooms are quite tired but we were told they are in the process of renovating. The rooms are very basic and quite but enough if you aren't planning to spend lots time in there. The breakfast room is quite small as well.

The big one is the location - Montmartre is magnificent. The staff friendliness comes a very close second. I've stayed there three times now, and would happily stay there again (especially since I discovered an absinthe bar nearby!) Just be aware that the rooms can be a bit on the small side, but I figure that I'm in Paris to get out and see things, not spend time in a room, so for me, that's not an issue.

This is DEFINITELY not a 'don't like', but the bathrooms could use a little TLC, to maintain tile seals etc, but it doesn't affect any functionality.

Location fabulous, staff welcoming and helpful, someone was always on the front desk (not always the case in smaller hotels). Room stylish and clean, bed so comfortable we had to make ourselves leave it. Surrounded by excellent eating and drinking places.

Thought the water wasn’t hot for shower but it just took a long time to reach our room I think? After running it for a time it was hot, just a bit wasteful if you are eco conscious.

Excellent location- near Montmartre and subway line 2, plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops nearby, clean renovated room, early check-in, customer-centric staff.

The hotel is actually still under renovation, construction works continue in some rooms and in corridors, so there may be associated noise in daytime- never mind if you explore the city or are out anyway.

The location was nice, in the heart of Montmartre, near the Sacré-Coeur. Transport was easy enough to attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe etc. as we were a five minute walk to the bus and metro stop. The staff were absolutely lovely - so helpful and kind!! Very nice selection for breakfast - decent choice of pastries, cereals, bread, juices and spreads, as well as coffee and tea! Would recommend as it’s great value for money.

Excellent location - convenient to all restaurants and bars in Montmartre, and safe to walk back in the evening. We travelled as two girls, and felt so safe in the area. The hotel was clean and tidy, and staff were very helpful. The self-serve breakfast was good and handy to pick up something on the way out. Would 100% stay here again.

Small hotels in Paris have their own charm. Yes, the rooms are not big, but relatively clean and comfortable. Very close to two metro stations. A nice family works in the hotel. Friendly, helpful. Pleasant breakfast - not only croissant and jam, but also cheese, eggs, sausage. In the economic version - everything you could want.

Ah....:) In Paris, all the hotels are always so compact….:)

Just checked out this morning, a super sweet lady helped us and even asked us if we needed any help with our luggage or transport. The room was really clean (they cleaned every day) and the staff was so nice all the time. also great location!!! Montmartre is so adorable to stroll around and the metro lines were like 2-5 minutes away (by foot). Great price for an amazing hotel. Merci et bisous!!

Fantastic location! Very close to many attractions in Montmarte. Room was very clean and a decent size. The bed was super comfy!

Stay was fantastic however we were on the top floor and there was no lift. I have a bad knee so going up/down the stairs was a little difficult for me.
