Terrass Hotel

First and foremost, the hotel staff was absolutely magnificient! They were very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome from the first moment we walked into the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. Only a 5 minutes walk from the Moulin Rouge and the nearest metro station was ideal. There were also a lot of different restaurants near by. The hotel breakfast was not spectacular but OK, and as my wife told me, pretty close to the standard hotel breakfasts in Paris usually are. Even the basic room was sufficient in size for two, even though the bathroom was maybe a bit cramped. Our room had a view towards the Eiffel Tower so we got to enjoy lovely light shows every evening.

Room size was great for Paris standard room sizes. The staff were extremely helpful, cheerful and courteous. Especially the lovely gentleman Sebastian who's name tag read trainee who welcomed us that morning. Reception staff went out of their way to be of help. Also the lady who managed guests at the breakfast bar on the 7th floor was as delightful 😊 to deal with as the view of the 7th floor breakfast area. Spa wasn't working on 24.12 understandably but will surely try it out next time.

The ad said there was parking under the hotel but my car was big for it. So I parked outside but was lucky to find a spot close by the side walk.

Loved the location and area. The view from the roof top bar was amazing. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy it fully, as well as all the great caffés in the region due to the cigarette smoke. And there are a lot of smokers in Paris. It is the culture here and we accept that, but if there had been no smoking, We would of enjoyed it 100%. We still enjoyed ourselves.

The hotel location was great as we wanted to see the Montmartre area. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The airline for my flight into Paris actually lost my baggage and the staff helped me contact them via international calls since I could not do it. The room was a bit small, but manageable. Was also clean and well-decorated. Also our room luckily had a room of the Eiffel tower in the balcony. Their breakfast was also pretty good with a great view of Paris.

The room was very quiet and calm, with a view into a courtyard. The room was also very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is big, clean and modern as well. The common areas of the hotel are also great, offering wonderful spaces to relax. The rooftop restaurant/bar is one of the best in Paris too. Amazing views and good food.

The only thing I was surprised about was to not have better coffee in the room. The tea is excellent, but the coffee offering could be improved - perhaps a better quality instant coffee, or a coffee plunger for two with a jar of ground coffee would have been nice.

Your staff is professional, friendly, caring. My suitcase was extremely heavy so when I checked in, the staff member changed my room so I would not have to navigate stairs. I thought being on the Main Street would be loud but it was fine. I had a view of the Eiffel Tower from my balcony--very special. Also the front desk arranged with the hotel car/driver for transportation to the airport early in the morning. Beds very comfortable. Amazing shower head in the ceiling; full body coverage and warmth.

I turned off the air conditioning as the room was too cool for me.

The hotel is perfectly located in Montmartre. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Moulin Rouge/bar area and a 10/15 min walk to the Sacre Coeur. The rooftop bar is expensive for drinks but has spectacular views overlooking Paris and the music and atmosphere was great! Breakfast was very tasty with a great selection. We had a classic room on 6th floor which was small but modern and stylish. It had a balcony with views of the Eiffel Tower. Bed was very comfy and there was a great shower in the bathroom. The rooms are well sound proofed. We didn’t hear any noise from outside or other guests.

The price of the mini bar was too expensive but other than that I couldn’t fault the hotel.

The position is perfect to explore the 18th arrondissement by foot. My room was super quite and the bed was very comfortable. There's an area on the ground floor where you can work and enjoy free tea and coffee.

I think breakfast is too pricey (€25), especially considering that you can find amazing breakfast options in the neighborhood for half the price.

Excellent contemporary luxury service! All team members are perfect service with caring & kindness to tourists. Pick-up service from the airport is good. Mobile check-in also saves the time. I do special thanks to Sarah and the gentleman for all the kindness! Room design & facility are also very interesting. It is pity to miss NUXE spa.

Spacious suite; felt luxurious. Wonderful view of the city. Pleasant, very helpful staff. Terrific buffet breakfast in dining room that commands, again, an unforgettable view of the city. Location also perfect, a short walk away from a choice of Metro stations.

A little pricey. Some luxury extras, such as free use of the spa area, would have made it better value for money.
