Hôtel des Arts Montmartre

From the moment we arrived till we checked out the staff were exceptional. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and happy to help. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. I found the hotel and location great value for money with plenty to see and do nearby. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others after the experience we had,

Shower tub was a challenge getting in and out.

Fabulous location in Montmarte, right next to many wonderful shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the little extras such as being gifted a tote bag and Paris keyring when we left and free soft drinks during our stay. We were also upgraded and given a room where we could see the Sacre Cour :) If we return to Paris we would definitely stay here again. My partner lost his phone on the way to the Eurostar and the staff were fantastic in contacting the taxi driver and having it returned to us back in the UK.

There is nothing not to like!

The room was great: clean, modern and cozy. Bonus: you have a Marshall in every room which is perfect for all music lovers. Location is perfect! Metro stations, Mulin Rouge, shops and great restaurants all around the hotel's location.

The staff were extremely helpful, relaxed and friendly. The hotel is a little gem on a pretty street in Montmartre. It is a peaceful haven and thoroughly recommended. We will return.

An outstanding location in Montmartre, the Hotel provided us with everything we were looking for in a Parisian experience. The rooms were surprisingly large with a beautiful French door that afforded us a fabulous view over the rooftops of Paris and it even had a bath! The building itself has that French authenticity we so wanted to experience. The hotel has a very sweet lounge area for Breakfast and or afternoon drinks (the non alcoholic are complimentary). The history of the hotel itself was fascinating and they even provided a walking map of Montmartre which we used to enjoy all the points of interest in the area (a great day out). The communication from the hotel was outstanding, providing us, beforehand, a range of information about the area and greater Paris according to our requests. They even gave us a wee souvenir on our departure. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff is beyond amazing. We really felt taken care of in a very personal way. Also, there was a disturbance related to a fire alarm (a guest smoking in a room triggered it) and the way the staff approached it, was very reassuring. The breakfast was very tasty. The rooms beautifully arranged (although rather small). I loved the hygienic products by l'occitane. The area is blooming with great cafes, patisseries, etc. Also, when I shared that I wasn't sleeping well, because I shared a bed with my 12 y.o. child, we got offered a room with 2 beds immediately.

It was so amazing that I really need to look for things to improve ;-) The single beds were rather narrow, so if you're "big" ask for a larger bed. Also, I didn't enjoy the TV sets in the breakfast area. I got distracted by blinking images and also I got tense watching over holiday breakfast the news from the world - which were sad and tragic, as they usually are. I would move tv sets downstairs or change channel to sth artsy - e.g. arte tv.

the hotel itself is beautiful - very artistic and fun. the location is ideal - right in the heart of montmartre it was an easy walk to all of the main area "sites" and a ton of restaurants and shops. Hotel staff was incredibly helpful when needed - and the hotel was VERY clean. The quintessential giant window in our room was just perfect and I miss it!!

having a small fridge in the room would have been helpful - and we were there for a long stay (2 weeks) so a little more storage would have been nice for us but I think it would have been a great amount of storage for a shorter trip (full disclosure also our honeymoon so I was not willing to pack light - haha)

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I travelled for a wedding and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and went above and beyond the usual continental cold breakfast of pastries. Fresh boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, cheeses, yogurts and fresh juices with excellent coffees. On check in the staff gave me 2 lists of recommended places for everything from chocolates to lunch spots and everything in between and a walking route to see all the sites. The location is superb for shopping, site seeing and people watching with literally everything you need on your door step. Amal on reception was amazing and I would go back to just see her. Thank you to you all for making every effort to make our stay comfortable. I will definitely see you again.

Air conditioning had to be turned on from reception as the controller in the room didn’t work. But as soon as we raised Thai issue it was rectified immediately from reception. Rooms are on the smaller size but spotlessly clean, well decorated and bright and airy.
