Close to the metro station (M4 line with east and north train stations) and grocery store, good breakfast, helpful staff, refrigerator, teapot and air-conditioning in the room, curtains block all light, electronics store next door if you need a phone charger

Sketchy neighborhood (women traveling alone should look elsewhere), no hair dryer in the room, bathroom doors have a gap in them, not soundproof - you'll hear everything people say in corridor

My hotel room was clean on arrival - The cleaners try there best to maintain the rooms and the hotel it’s self, if I remember correctly between 10-11:30. Every day of my stay I was asked if I need anything if my room was still clean. Which was really nice. - I was really fond of the small window/ balcony - the staff were really welcoming and made maximum effort to speak English to me. Credits to Chloe the kind receptionist who, I came in contact with the most and helped me the most, she didn’t hesitate to starts conversation with me, or greet. Thank you to the other Male receptionist who’s name I forgot ( sorry 😬) for recommending some places in Paris and giving me more leaflets, In order for me to have the best trip. You showed interest in me, made jokes. Something you’re not obliged to do but did out of the kindness of your heart. - The hotel is in a known and public location. Which I wasn’t expecting, but as days went by I realised it is in a very suited area, which I really liked. Everything is within arms reach, metro, bus, fast food, markets, western union. It takes very little effort to get to your destination. - long story short I ARRIVED HAPPY AND LEFT HAPPY ( bittersweet)

· I am glad that I didn’t include the breakfast buffet throughout my stay. 1) it is pricey 2) I felt like the options were somewhat were limited. 3) I did pay for the breakfast buffet on my last day, and was kindly allowed to take some pastries with me for the trip back. But I was surprised by the limit. 4) trust me there are more than enough places to have eat and have Brunch…. It’s Paris

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Assisted us with our baggage as we got there sooner than our scheduled check in time. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a wide spread. The only thing that could have been different would be varying the fresh fruit that was offered. The room though really small had pretty much everything one would expect. The location was fabulous. We walked through the lovely streets leading up to Sacre Coeur and there were plenty restaurants, cafes and creperies to choose from. We were close to Metro lines 4 and 12 (Porte de Clignancourt & Jules Joffrin) that easily connected us to the heart of the city real quick. Overall a lovely stay at Paris for us. Would highly recommend.

The rooms were really small and moving around it was a challenge. Including the washrooms that were super compact.

Loved the room, fifth floor in a wing that had only units per floor. Quite comfortable with space to move about. Appreciated that it had a safe large enough for a 14" laptop. Room came with an electric kettle and decent instant coffee, tea. Wine glasses, too. Fun that we could see Sacré-Cœur from our window - granted, had to lean out and look past the rooftops and aerials, but still, a view. Did not take the full breakfast, but could buy coffee by the cup. Interesting part of town, definitely more local than tourist.

Not much to criticize. Perhaps would have been nice to have a free cup of coffee from the machine downstairs but was not unreasonable. Read a review criticizing the tiny elevator - yes, it's small by US standards but was absolutely fine.

I paid for breakfast only for the first morning because Paris is a synonym to bakeries on literally every other corner. I loved the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The location of the accommodation was perfect, a few minutes to two metro stations (line 4 closer to the hotel, line 12 a bit further). The room itself was clean and very comfortable, bathroom - although tiny - covered my needs.

I had a bit of a problem of getting into the shower, but it's not something caused by the hotel. I'm just a bit fat. But it was manageable and inside was plenty of room.

Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpfull. Location app. 150 - 200m away from metro line 4 Porte de Clignangcourt, 5 - 7 minutes walk line 12 Jules Joffin. I receive a free of charge upgrade from single to double for sole use! Paris is world famous for small hotel rooms, for my need it fitted perfectly, for two persons I am not sure. Room 205 was clean, cozy and well equipped. It faced the small side street, so location was not very quite, but window are sound proofed. Would definitive come back!!

1.) Size of the bathroom, not bigger than a wardrobe. No space for toiletteries etc. 2.) Maintencance: TV did not work, safe did not work, want to call the reception, phone did not work, only one curtain which hardly covered the complete window. The staff was very hepfull to help with the safe ( leaked out batteries ), TV and phone were not that important for me. But why this had not been checked in advance? Curtain was a bit disturbing, because the window is facing a narrow street with housing buildings opposite and easy view into the room. A real pity, because this hotel is very nice and perfect for a short trip.

Wonderful, helpful staff… especially the reception & kitchen. Great breakfast. Rooms were clean and ready at check in. Excellent referral for Italian dinner!

Location is a little far from city center, but Metro station is literally 200 yards away. The part of town is unfortunately becoming crime ridden with pickpocketing frequent and many unsavory types. Upon our early morning departure, while waiting for Metro to open, a street person threw a full water bottle at us, barely missing us. Not a Hotel issue , but the community needs to work on solutions to growing social problems.

The service and support from the receptionists we used was excellent. Very welcoming and happy to speak in French or English which was a lovely chance for me to practice the language. Very polite and with a courtesy call to assist with our onward journey. It has a small lift that was useful for getting up to the room with a heavy bag. The room was clean and had all we needed for a rest and a hot drink. We slept well both nights. It is very convenient literally 2 minutes from the metro and excellently located for a stroll into Monmatre. We would come again.

Only thing I can think of was that one of the reading lights by the bed didn't work. Not an issue.

The beds and linnen were great and comfortable. There is a hugely powerful heater in the room to use at leisure and the bathroom, although compact, had everything one would need and more including a beautiful rainshower.

When we first arrived around 11:30 pm on a Monday evening we were given a room on a floor which was being redone. We didn't think much of it as it was late and we were tired. However the next morning builders starting working and talking early on. We mentioned it to the receptionist that morning, she apologized and told us the rooms on that floor should not have been rented out at all. We got a different room after that which was great.

The staff are very welcoming. The bed is comfortable. The view from the room is nice as I had a view of the Sacre Coeur. Coffee, tea and kettle in the room. 2 mins walk to the metro line 4.

The location is a bit dodgy, especially at night. Bathroom is really small, even for 1 person. No bathroom essentials like toothbrush/toothpaste, hairdryer. No refreshments in the fridge (but there is a supermarket across the street). Elevator is very small.
