Perfect, clean, well-equipped rooms near the gorgeous Monastiraki square with  extremely friendly hosts, especially Philip. Do not skip the breakfast, there are many options, very delicious in a nearby, beautiful restaurant. There are many nice restaurant with live music near, but the windows don't let the noise even. Great for late night walks! Bonus: You can even see the Acropolis a little from the balcony!

The location is spectacular! Near to the Monastiraki Station (no connection needed for the metro from the airport) and among many restaurants. I was really impressed with the atmosphere of the enviroment. The owner is very polite and attentive. Due to the flight time, I had to leave the accommodation early in the morning. So I asked him about directions for the check out procedures. As he has realized that I would leave before the breakfast, he took a nespresso machine, juice, water and cake to my apartment. It was really spectacular!

This was such a pleasant surprise and made our stay in Athens great! The rooms are very clean and new! Philip was more than helpful and provided amazing recommendations for places to eat and tips. It's located in a great central location, near also amazing bars and restaurants, and not too far from the main sites (15-10 mins walking). Also, the breakfast was great! Would recommend and come back :)

At night it can be a bit noisy if your room faces the main road, but it goes quiet at 11pm. But it really didn't disturb us at all.

Breakfast was in a bakery close to the hotel. 15 euro worth in my opinion with 10 choices and a coffee or juice.

A little noisy at night as it is the historic and party district but fine for 2-3 nights.

my only possible complaint is breakfast does not start until 8 and we were often already on the move by then . when we did have breakfast however , it was fabulous

The hotel is very confortable and lovely. It's situated in the great quarter of Psiri, very close to the metro station Monastiraki. The breakfast is served in a café very close by and is absolutely marvelous. Lukia is very kind, adorable and helpful. She made us feel at home !

This place was SUPERB! If you’re still deciding- listen to others and book it already! The location is right in the middle of the action and super close to all of the sights in Athens. We thought that checkin would be a disaster because of a delayed ferry, but the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and made it possible to check in late. This room is quite amazing, it is completely remodeled and has all of the amenities you can imagine. Good internet, super cozy beds, great shower, and even a jacuzzi! If that isn’t enough- you also get a cute balcony that looks out the back of the building and that lets you soak in this wonderful city. If we’re ever back in Athens- we’re coming back here!

The only con- a taxi can’t reach it. So make sure your suitcase has good wheels for those cobblestones!

Everything was excellent but the wonderful staff and the high level of customer care is what I shall remember most. I had to travel from Thessaloniki by coach because the trains were not running so my check in time was later than planned. Demi kept in communication with me and made sure I had all the information - she even stayed late to make sure everything was ok for me. (It was). Demi and Lucy were really nice, friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. Thank you, it was appreciated. Vouchers were given for a free and varied breakfast in a small restaurant a few doors down......so no washing up!

Nothing not to like. No complaints.

We bought the option which included breakfast. We were given breakfast vouchers at a nearby coffee/eatery. Breakfast was amazing and so was the service. The breakfast options were delicious! The location of the hotel was very good, and we could walk easily to all restaurants and attractions such as the Acropolis. There is also a lot of night life in this location and you can hear that at night as well. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Athens for a couple of days. It is clean and close to everything.

The elevator in the hotel is loud.

the location. 5 minutes to monastiraki square and metro. walking distance to all the attractions. the hotel located on a very nice street with a lot of restaurants. although the place is very crowded at night and for those who sleep early and prefer to keep the windows open it may be uncomfortable because of the noise. for me it was fine, we often got back late and there were many food options even at 12 at night or later. besides i felt absolutely safe walking late in that neighborhood. the room and the bathroom were very clean, beautifully decorated, new. we arrived late at night and checked in ourselves, the process was very clear and easy. in general it was the best accommodation during my trip. the price was very good for what we got (much better quality than even more expensive hotels in Italy).
