Very well located near Monostiraki square. Modern, clean and well equipped room.

The app to unlock the doors wasn't working properly. No sound insulation, you can hear the noise from the street and the hallway. The hotel is located next to a nightclub, you can hear the music until 3am on friday night.

The place is so nice, good and clean and new one also and the location is very central and close to everything by walk Iannis the owner and the host is a good and very very nice guy with a smile always and so helpful and nice to talk and chat with I recommend this place so much

We loved this hotel, we needed something near the main city attractions that was affordable, so we booked this 1 bedroom for 4 people option. It was very comfortable, the toilet, shower, and sinks are independent, which saves a lot of time. The breakfast is in a brunch place nearby, and it is amazing, you have 4 options to choose from, and all of them are very complete. We even had a situation where the breakfast time did not match our tour time, so the hotel got us breakfast boxes with sandwiches so we could eat before leaving for the tour. It also has a terrace and the interior design is very nice and cozy. The location is amazing, between the ancient ruins of the acropolis and the lively streets with bars and restaurants in Psirri.

The street below is a bit busy with pedestrians, but the hotel provides earplugs for people who are more sensitive to noise and none of us were disturbed by the bystanders. Also, the bunk beds are very comfortable so falling asleep is not hard.

Nicely done mini-apartment, air conditioning we put to the test, quick plentiful water for showers and otherwise. Exceptionally helpful staff, impressively so. (I had a peculiar situation, with my spouse having broken his leg at the Acropolis and needing surgery at local orthopedic hospital. Staff were tremendous - helped find another lodging when my stay couldn’t be extended to match his hospital stay, even took me and our bags to the new location as taxis don’t want short drives. Empathetic, informative, and genuine.)

I liked everything about this place and would be happy to stay with them again. No complaints. There’s an overwhelming and disconcerting amount of graffiti in Athens but that’s nothing the hotel can fix.

An excellent place to stay when visiting Athens. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and well equipped with plenty of facilities. Also, there were other areas to sit within the hotel including a terrace on the top floor.. The hotel is in a very convenient location, being close to the metro and within easy walking distance of all the major historical sights. But, despite its central location it was very quiet .As our flight was late in the evening it was very helpful to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel and collect later. In all respects, throughout our stay, the staff were both friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble The breakfast place was very close and served a delicious breakfast to start the day! Suffice to stay, we will stay here again if we return to Athens and would definitely recommend!

Had room no 10, located next to a very noisy apartment and courtyard (music, loud talking until late, midnight +) Minimalistic furniture in the room. Just beds and a bench. No table, no chair, no drawers, no wardrobe. Not great for a long stay. Ventilation of the room is not efficient and it feels damp inside after a while. Hardly saw any staff member during the whole stay.

The interior is simple and modern, the staff very friendly and most importantly: It was very clean and nothing broken. The room offered everything we needed and more (such as a few free coffee and tea bags) and the beds were comfortable. Especially the pillows were great and not flat like in most other hotels and the blankets were perfect for the current season. The breakfast restaurant where you get your breakfast (if included) is right next to the hotel and has delicious and filling options.

Unfortunately despite the partly soundproof windows and despite being in a side street, it was very loud at night. The hotel offers ear plugs but even they couldn't cancel all the noise. But I guess that's normal everywhere in Athens.

Great location close to numerous restaurants and handy to Monastiraki metro station. Also within walking distance of many of the main attractions and shopping. There is a nice patio on the top floor which we enjoyed on our last afternoon there. Was not told about it, just happened to hear other guests being told as they were shown to their room, otherwise probably would have used every afternoon.

We were there 4 nights and were given replacement towels only on the third day and the beds were never made up. Don’t know if they only come in to clean once the guests have actually checked out, or if they were short staffed, or we happened to be in the room when they would have come in to clean. It was not really a problem, but seemed odd.

Fantastic owner and personnel, they really did their utmost best to make our stay comfortable! We had a spacious appartment room with a small kitchen stove (fitting 2 pots), a microwave oven, sink and refrigerator. Everthing was very clean! We absolutely loved the location (Psiri), as it's close to the touristic center, but still has a lot of presence of locals. Plenty of restaurants, bars and small stores in the vicinity

Just like pretty much any other accommodation in central Athens: the nightlife is quite buzzing here, especially during the weekend. So expect some noise coming from the street during the evening and first part of the night. It woke us a couple of times, but our one year old couldn't be any less bothered. The hotel is keyless, which we considered a plus, but it could be a bit intimidating for others. If the wifi or 4G/5G is too slow, a pin code available in the app easily gives you access too.

Perfect location, staff were friendly, attentive and went overboard to make sure you were happy, everything was exactly like the photos, spacious room with comfy bed, nice balcony, clean and well maintained, I liked the place a lot and will go back.

These are just very minor things and in no way detracted from my stay but need mentioning because some peeps may have an issue, breakfast although very good was limited to a couple of options on an la carte menu and lacked choice and wardrobe space is very limited.
