This is a great property. 1. it’s location is 150 Meters from bustling nightlife and wonderful restaurants. 5 minutes of walking gets you to Ermou St. and Monastiraki Sq. 2. The facilities are wonderful. The room was well furnished and had a coffee machine, cups and water. The hotel looks well maintained and clean. 3. Amazing staff! From the moment we walked through the door they were all smiles and nothing but helpful and courteous. Really felt genuine and thoughtful. 4. Breakfast was a 2 minute walk at a fabulous cafe with a menu of about 10 items to choose from. Generous portions, fresh and friendly.

The entrance is a little unflattering and smells slightly of the restaurant right next door. the elevator sometimes also smells strongly of spices and a fry. The smell was not noticeable in the room at all.

We moved from another hotel in Athens that was a similar price but awful. Play Athens was fantastic. The beds were so comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I especially like how easily they communicate with you via WhatsApp to send information. Great location as well, walking distance to wonderful restaurants and sites.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for 3 adults. We loved the rooftop view too. Great value.

I liked the location because it was near the train, market, and several restaurants, but the exterior of the property looked a little rough.

great choice if its your first time in Athens. its a walking distance from the city center, restaurants and all the attractions (Monastiraki, the acropolis, plaka etc.) I personally didnt need a taxi during my stay. theres also an indian and a greek restaurants right next to the hotel entrance. seems like a newly established hotel so the room was in a very good shape, clean, small a bit though. the quality of the amenities are very good too. staff are sweet and welcoming.

The cleanliness and location of the hotel was perfect Immediate service for everything we needed The hotel looks aesthetic, fun to sit in. There is a rooftop bar with an amazing view of the Acropolis fair price

The pool is very small, we didn't miss it because we visited other water sources in Athens We knew beforehand that the pool was small. Other than that everything is perfect. Highly recommended place.

Although the location itself might look a little sketchy (lots of abandoned buildings and a bit dark at night), it is still perfect because it’s not far from most attractions and very close (5-10 min walk) to most restaurants we wanted to try.

It can get a bit loud at night.

The room was clean and comfortable but if you are a solo woman travelling I would avoid this area is dangerous.

The area is dangerous for a female solo traveler.

The rooms were very modern and beautiful. The hotel has an elevator and a rooftop with beautiful views. I was able to walk everywhere from this property.

The area is in a street that looked a bit edgy for a solo traveler to walk alone at night. I didn’t encounter any problems but something to keep in mind.

The only thing I didn't like was the smell in the room. There were a kind of perfumed sticks, probably to fight other smells. For me the smell of the sticks was way too intense. I put them outside, but still it bothered me during the whole night...
