Great comfy bed. Fun decor. Water, nespresso and wifi. Didn’t have time to use Netflix. Konstatinos gave us great advice on sightseeing and restaurants. He even gave us a ride to breakfast place. He sent his buddy taxi driver Spyros to pick us up at airport. Spyros took us to the House and helped us in as Konstantinos was not there anymore late in the evening. Spyros also drove us to the restaurant they both recommended for late dinner. Spyros also drove us to Piraeus port when we left. Plus Spyros had just regular taxi price, not overcharging tourists. We fell in love with the experience with Bespoke house and will definately come back.

Shower was partly open to the room. Neighborhood was a bit shady and if I was there alone I would use uber after sunset. Although this time with my husband nothing happened there in the evening when we walked for dinner.

The room itself is large with two massive double beds, large bathroom and decorated on a very nice way. It was clean and clean towels were provided as well as bottled water, a small fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. Large screen with free netflix and good WiFi. Small but nice balcony and good window insulation. Konstantinos super host, gave loads of great tips and always available on WhatsApp.

The location, while being relatively close to the city centre (about 15min walk). The neighborhood have a bit of rough feeling. Never felt in danger or threatened, but didn't felt extremely comfortable either. Obviously this has nothing to do with the flat itself or with the host. I guess for me was a bit more concerning as I was traveling with two small children. I think if i was traveling with a group of friends, this will weigh much less. However taxis are widely available if you don't feel like walking the neighbourhood. Taxis are also relatively cheap from city center.

Absolutely stunning hotel, rooms are exactly as shown. Super clean and brand new/fancy furniture! The beds are super comfortable and definitely are queen size! A good size refrigerator plenty of space for food and drinks! The host was amazing, super kind and friendly, communicated with us prior to our journey and throughout our holiday. Our privacy was respected and any support or help we needed, it was attended to straight away. The bathroom was huge and clean also. We had plenty of towels and amenities that suited us. The balcony was a good size, the view was private and didn't look into our rooms. It was a quiet area but we didn't mind, but felt secure at all times! The TV had a netflix account and other smart TV apps. Free WiFi! There are a few steps walking inside the building but small elevator is there too up which only goes to the 1st floor.

Its not located not directly in the city centre but we would either have to walk a while or take a uber/taxi everytime we went. There is no supermarket at walking distance. There is a very small corner shop which had very little to offer. Google images of the front of the property, do not look on there, but the images shown on booking.com are correct (: There is very little space to hang clothes and no wardrobes to store clothes

We stayed in room 201. A very large room with nice balcony. Bathroom was large and had some funky design details. NETFLIX available which was a great plus. Plenty of towels and the shower gel and schampoo was extremely nice. Large fridge in the room. Coffee and tea in the room free of charge. The reception area had additional water, fruit and some other items free of charge. Also a great selection of books was available for loan. Landlord extremely helpful in regards to suggesting where to go and how to get there.

The taxi driver warned us when we arrived that the neighbourhood is not safe in the night. Hardly the fault of the landlord.

We got upgraded after two days and enjoyed our stay. The location is close to the train station and is only approximately 10/15 minute walk to Plaka, the tourist hotspot, and all archaeological sites including the Acropolis. Konstantinos was a great host who provided suggestions for where to visit. We would highly recommend Alexander The Great restaurant around the corner as it provided incredible gyros, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. It was easy to find and access the building of Bespoke House, as the sign for the property is lit up.

Door in toilet only had one runner bracket at top so door felt loose in first room 101. In room 101, the shower exit was dangerous as you need to put bath towel down on first step. Water would escape shower and land on marble step which was extremely slippery.

The room and other facility is very clean and tidy. Bottle of the water and some small snack, fruit is prepared and free. These are the tiny thing but very comfortable. Also all staff is very kind, polite and helpful. The hotel is very small but therefore they can pay attention to the guest.

During the night, no staff seems in the hotel. If something happens, not sure how the guest should do. Need the instruction in advance. There is restaurant area in about 10munites walk distance. Summer season is OK, but winter season, from the security point of view, I will not be able to walk.

The hotel was very tiny, but once you get into the lobby you can see straight there was investment done in interior design and it gives you a feeling that you are actually really welcome here. Free bottled water, coffee, fruits. Once we entered the room we regretted straight that we are staying only for one night. The interior design, facilities and comfort were way beyond expectations. It's very modern, stylish and just cool. I actually was taking some notes for my own apartment. Location in the city is also very good. No matter you are coming to Athens from airport or from port it was really accessible without a hustle. I would also like to give some kudos to our host Konstantinos. He was such a big help! He solved our late checkout issue and he greeted us with freshly baked pastries in the morning! What a legend! Thank you Konstantinos. Next time we are in Athens, we are definitely coming back to you place.

Nothing really comes to my mind.

I wanted somewhere reasonably priced and close to train to airport. I didn’t realise it was so close to Giza and so I was pleasantly surprised to find theatres, cinemas, and great local places to eat with bands 10 min walk away. It looks like a place that is pretty easy to run and there is a fair amount of trust. It’s also a little back packer-like, but at the same time it’s not. The rooms are small but if you don’t plan on spending time there, except to sleep, then why do you need space. Okay for young couples and okay for singles. Wouldn’t recommend anything else.

The last morning I was woken up to someone trying to open my door and get in at 7.30am. This happened two times more, the last time being at 9.30am by the cleaner who said the room was empty when clearly it wasn’t. The second time by someone looking for a friend. It was pretty annoying. If so was younger, I may not have minded so much. If I was solo and a woman, I would be worried. I was worried. But mostly annoyed. I told the owner by text who explained to me that a customer had come early demanding a room and they were trying to find a vacant room. I never met any staff, just spoke On phone and whatsup. However, always responsive and apologetic. You could also hear people in the hallway outside. Which is why I say it’s a bit back Packers and I am probably not the clientele.

A very unique and clean hotel. Although I can see why some would be thrown off by this hotel, I have nothing but positive things to say. Entrance into the hotel is though a tiny 2-person elevator which then opens up into a quirky reception area filled with interesting books and artwork. The room used by my family was super-clean, stylish, and well-designed, with clear of attention to detail. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The host was in constant communication with us and responded to every question in a timely and efficient matter.

As indicated by some, the area wasn’t the greatest. There were some questionable looking characters around and in our discussions with locals they indicated that drug use in the area was prevalent, but we never felt like we were in danger.

Kitsch interior, very suitable for young people, but also suitable for older people. Very close to the train station, walking distance to the center. There was even a coffee machine in the room. The owner of the apartment is very responsive, he helped to take our bikes to the airport, he arranged a second taxi for the other passengers, he even helped to collect the hidden bike boxes behind the airport. You could say that we were very lucky to have such a host, especially on the day of departure.
