The location of this accommodation is excellent - right in the Centre of Athens, within walking distance of the main attractions and also the tavernas and bars. It is also a 5 minute walk from the Symptagna Metro station. There was excellent communication between us and Elena, the property manager, with regards to our arrival and check in. The room was spacious, modern, clean, with good Wifi and complimentary items like water, tea and coffee and toiletries. It was really good value for money and we would definitely book again if we came back to Athens

The location is excellent, super close Syntagma square but it’s super quiet. it’s located in 9th floor and there is no noise in the property. The check in process was super convenient. We met a lady that showed us the property and the instructions. also for checkout there was some locker that we can left our luggage. The room was clean and all the facilities were there. Elena provided a list of recommendations that was super helpful.

Super clean with nice amenities in the PERFECT location. Right next to Syntagma Sq with plenty shops and food options nearby. this is in the heart of the city! train and bus stop is right on the Square as well. the accessories in the room were useful as well as the fridge and 4K TV. the room was a little smaller than expected but it was still very comfy. also had luggage storage that was helpful before our flight.

Location wise was really good. Room was found very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. (actually i fell in love with the mattress) All necessities were available in the room as well as in the bathroom. Ms Elena was really helpful with all the details she shared online to assist us for the location of the property, check in and check out process and other useful information.

Blinders were not covering 100% of the windows so sunlight could reach the bed since it’s below the windows and it can be disturbing for someone who needs to sleep in total darkness.

The location is the best as you can walk to most tourist places of Athens in minutes. Elena & her team were great and kind enough to let me early check-in and late check-out. Access to the room was easy and we feel safe even in the late night. The room was good size. Bed was comfy. There were lockers for luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which would be very helpful. Highly recommended.

During our stay, there were no daily cleaning. I guessed that it was because Easter holiday.

Everything was nearly perfect for our stay. We only used the rooms to sleep at night, though. The room was clean, had everything needed such as an iron, a hairdryer, an ironing board, towels, fabric slippers, shampoo, shower gel, cotton pads etc. The coffee machine and the kettle was also quite useful. the location was great, in the heart of the city. Very close to the airport bus, subway and sights.

The walls were thin so we could hear our neighbours late night talks and music.

such a fantastic location right in the centre of Athens and a walking distance to all the main attractions not only was it a great location but also our host elena was very helpful and provided us with a huge list of all recommendations from food to night life attractions museums etc also the room came with great facility’s iron iron board coffee machine with the capsules and a smart tv so if you wanted you can connect your phone for Netflix etc the room was also very modern and clean

The room was spacious enough,with modern touches,elegant and really clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable too. The rooms are at an ideal location near metro stations,bars,shops,restaurants etc. Felt quite safe as well even though they are located in a busy street. Mrs Elena was really responsive and replied immediately to our questions even before arrival. She even included in the room a list and many suggestions where to eat,go out and the main attractions of the city! We would definitely stay again at Ermoo Athens Modern Living rooms.

Nothing it was all great. 

Getting the keys was easy and great communication with host. I arrived at 1am and didn't want to have any issues so appreciated everything went smoothly. Apartment has elevator and several security doors. Apartment was very pretty and large. Bathroom was updated with nice shower and amenities. I was working remotely and WIFI worked great. Easy walking distance to Syntagma Square and Monastiraki Market. Would definitely stay here again.
