The hotel is definitely top notch and highly rated (5*). My wife and I loved our room w/ balcony patio on top level (ideal for coffee in morning - relax in sun reading a book = beautiful patio) The Bed was so comfortable I sleep all day (one day). Exceptional staff from front door serviceman to concierge service desk (everyone treated us w/ love and respect) - breakfast every morning - perfect!! ) Our location was in the prime area of shopping upscale & other major hotels (5*) or walk over to to flea market area (15 min walk) (tons of shops from linens clothes, shoes, bags, jewerly, food), etc. You could eat local or upscale - variety of choices. Excellent location for coffee due to various shop and relaxing with locals and tourist. You can not go wrong with this hotel if you appreciate excellent service. We'll definitely be staying their again on our next trip to Athens.

Breakfast was at the Milo’s restaurant. Excellent food, service and room. Having the restaurant there is a big plus because the meals are excellent. The rooms were beautifully appointed and kept impeccably clean. The public areas were also always clean and well kept. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The attention to detail and the hospitality overall was exceptional.

The gym needs work. It hardly has any equipment. Nowadays, travelers like a better gym that what the hotel offers. I almost stayed at the Grand Bretagne or Saint George, around the corner, because they have great gyms. It would also help for the hotel to have a more extensive list of restaurant recommendations and for the concierge to be more knowledgeable about places to go. I’m sure you will get this right with time.

the family room had a handicapped bathroom that was kind of a mess getting water everywhere. wish there was a pool!

Breakfast was perfect, and everything was more than enough. We loved it. The restaurant was superior. Normally we never eat at hotels, and prefer to eat local and explore the local cuisine. But because we were tired we decided to eat at the hotel... WOW it was amazing. We were very satisfied about the quality of food and the presentation of it. Also the service was excellent, and the wines were delicious. The location was very good, everything was close by and easy to reach. The rooms were very OK and clean, the beds were perfect! We travelled with a son of 8 years old, and for sure we will come again to this little paradise.

The fist room we booked was spacious and amazing, but then we realised we couldn't open any window... which we didn't like. But they offered us immediately some other solutions, so we were very happy about their approach and flexibility. It was the start of an amazing 4 days in Athens and in this wonderful hotel.

The property is absolutely amazing! Clean, comfortable, impeccably decorated, with a perfect location! Walkable to restaurant’s, all the major attractions, and safe, it’s in the high end section of Athens ! I have to say the quality of the hotel is only surpassed by the hospitality and assistance of the staff! I have never experienced better service anywhere in the world! Angelo, anna, melie, lefteris and everyone else….we are so grateful for making our stay so enjoyable! Xo

Very stylish hotel with wonderful staff in all areas, from the doorman to reception and house keeping-all so eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was super clean, quite and new. Classic room was small but a perfect size for a short stay, with plenty of storage and quality fixtures and fittings. Had lunch in the restaurant and the food and staff were excellent. I particularly appreciated the assistance I received in catering to my dietary needs of a gluten free diet and other allergies. The best fresh chips ever!

The only thing that was a negative, and it's a very personal preference, is the bed was just too firm for us.

All new hotel in a really good location for walking to the all the main sites. The Greek breakfast included in our stay was delicious with various breads and jams, muffins and croissants and cheeses as well as some greek yogurt, nuts and honey and a boiled egg, with coffee and fresh orange juice. The rooms were really nice and modern, very comfortable bed and nice bedding and soft pillows. The suite was really big and the executive room really big too the suite not worth any extra money as the executive room was really nice.

We arrived on a Sat evening and there was heavy techno music being played somewhere else on the street until 2.30am so if you are a light sleeper that's not great. My husband slept through it but my son (17) also mentioned it the next morning so he had heard it.

The hotel was great. Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, big room and very accommodating staff. Big plus for the extra desserts we were getting to sweeten our stay. Just 20 minutes walk from Acropolis. Very close to a metro station. Overall very happy with our stay and would come back again.

There are two small things I would maybe change - breakfast for his price should provide for more choice included (the rate we had included only Greek breakfast which was nice but our kids were a bit less happy) Also our family room was located behind some sort of security door which was a bit weird.

Everyone from front desk, bellhops, security at front room service, cleaning were all A+. They make you feel welcomed and like family from the moment you enter their hotel. All the little details make it extra special. A few people who went above and beyond there like Artemis at the front desk. Always a smile, always asking us if we need cabs, reservations…just anything. Evangelo at check in who brought our bags up might be the best bell hop I have ever encountered in my life. From talking with my kids to giving us tips on where to go, which places to visit. Constantly taking the time to talk to us like he is family. He even brought us an umbrella one day that it rained. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again

Everything was perfect

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly. The gym was compact, but ok. Very good location.

The first room had no real window - replaced requested to a new one (smaller though, but still much better). The greek breakfast (included in price of the room with breakfast)is ok for one morning, but to have it every morning for the entire stay is boring and lowers the quality of stay a lot. Really the worst thing of the stay.
