Aloft New Delhi Aerocity

Breakfast was great, above average for my 2 weeks in India. Very convenient to the airport but budget some extra time (I used Uber) if you're being picked up an on-demand car service. Staff was friendly, helpful with the APP booking the car. Had a late flight but lobby seating comfortable enough to work. Easy and safe walking to a host of restaurants in the vicinity, Aerocity is like being in a bubble compared to the rest of India

Relatively speaking, more expensive and smaller than other rooms in India BUT modern, up-to-date and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I was trying to catch a flight.

Location is a great selling point for this hotel as it is less than 15 minutes drive to/from the airport without having to deal with the horrendous traffic of the city. Service was good, the staff was polite and helpful at all times.

Checking in probed a bit eventful. After been given twice a room key that didn't work I finally managed to get to my room only to discover that I was given a smoking room despite of booking a non smoking one. Having said that, all got sorted out promptly.

I was really impressed with how caring and personable the staff was. Usually in a busy hotel like this, the service is good, but not friendly. This staff was exceptional, and I am talking about the lobby staff, from the luggage handlers to the managers to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeping staff. I felt very well cared for. I should also mention that the room was very comfortable, the bed was great, and the breakfast was amazing.

There was a lot of noise during the day for some sort of party, but everything was completely quiet for night-time and sleeping, which is the important part. Also, Aerocity isn't a particularly appealing area, but there's nothing the hotel or staff can do about that.

I enjoyed an excellent night at the A-Loft in Aerocity (Delhi). The room was amazing, the transfer to and from the airport absolutely perfect. Due to the fog in Delhi on Sunday night, my oncoming flight to Delhi was late, and I missed my flight to Toronto because of it - meaning I was stranded in Delhi for at least 24 hours. I really thank A-Loft for making my last minute request to stay at your hotel, and arranging transportation possible; not being from the city, I was really given a nice peace of mind that I was able to stay at your hotel.

Nothing. The only thing I would say, and entirely due to my circumstances, I was only able to get in after mid-night, so I was not able to enjoy all the amenities. Hopefully next time, I can have a proper stay.

Very spacious and clean room. Every member of the personnel was extremely helpful and polite (seriously over the top). Also, very close to the airport, and very easy to find an uber to go there, it took us only 3 mins (at times during our trip finding an Uber was impossible). We didn't try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, I recommend it for an overnight stay before flying!

Some minor things: - The bathroom sink was in a rather open space, separated from the shower and the toilet, which I find less convenient than everything being in the same separate space. Also, there was no liquid hand soap, only a hand soap bar. - The body wash was running out. Of course we could ask the reception to replenish it, but that's not really convenient when one is already in the shower. I would expect the cleaning staff in a 5 star hotel to check this sort of things beforehand.

After a mixed stay in a Blu hotel in Delhi centre, I was starting to think that maybe I shouldn't expect the same levels of quality and service in India, this Aloft hotel left me knowing I should. Excellent comfort in the huge comfy bed, really helpful staff, and all the finer touches you come to expect from hotel groups like this. Hotel is located a short taxi ride to the airport, Aerocity itself is really nice too.

Only thing I can think of was price of hotel car to the airport, I expect a big mark up on a taxi, but 1800rs compared to 175rs is excessive, I mean more than 10x, it's not even an executive vehicle.

The room (and the bed) was comfortable. The hotel was very close to the airport. There was a spa and a fitness center. Airport transfers were smooth and problem free. There were several restaurants in the premises. The air quality in Delhi is very bad, but the air in the hotel seemed fine. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The loyalty manager was very efficient, friendly, and helpful upon checkout.

The front desk staff could've been more helpful on check in (They gave us the key card for the wrong room, they gave us the wrong price estimate for the airport transfer, and could not explain well what we were asking about regarding breakfast). There was only 1 key card even if we were 2 people staying. There was an xray machine and people doing body searches everytime we go in and out of the hotel. There was a member of the staff were suspicious of me as I was waiting for my husband at the elevator since I was not given a 2nd key card. I guess he was just doing his job but this general culture of distrust was an unpleasant experience.

Breakfast was offered as a buffet option, and there were plenty of options for all nationalities and tastes. There was a service to pick you up from airport (for some by paying, for other included in the room rate). The hotel is nearby the hotel and it makes it easy to move back and forward. It is also relatively easy to reach city center. There is a mall nearby where you can find everything that you need.

While staff is really attentive, it can bee too much sometimes, when you are not quiet use to this sort of service. Other than that, people were always willing to help.

Whether relaxing in the lobby lounge or enjoying the view from my room, I was surrounded by an ambience that enhanced my overall experience.

One aspect that wasn't quite up to par was the poolside service. While the hotel excels in many areas, the pool experience could benefit from some attention. There wasn't a dedicated poolside bar or a comprehensive lifeguard service. This absence of personalized assistance for swimmers and sunbathers was a noticeable gap in an otherwise exceptional service offering. Another regrettable omission was the lack of a Turkish bath facility. In a hotel that otherwise boasts a range of amenities, the absence of a Turkish bath is a missed opportunity. Such a feature could have added a touch of luxury and relaxation, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Excellent Breakfast...Especially we can order dosas :) My family is really happy. Also very good customer service that or room got decorated because its one of my family member Birthday and it was a surprise for us.

We booked two rooms and i we payed for 6floor and above. Unfortunately we got one room in 5th and one room in 6th floor. But soon we got access for both floors; But in the beginning its a minor trouble for my parents to understand this floor security.
